Having taken a break from RSS CRM to a Corporate Microsoft Dynamics CRM, when I set up Vox Ignis Ltd we went straight for RSS again
simple, web based CRM so it can be accessed in McDonalds on the road, good to use and good reporting so I can get a snapshot of activity at any time.

I've had a good experience with the system, and like the fact that I'm not bombarded with email marketing whilst using it.
Its pretty flexible and I found it easy to customise the function to suit my needs
I don't have a lot of experience in with crm, but it seems straightforward to use.

RSS CRM is an excellent choice for small and medium-sized businesses in need of a simple and user-friendly CRM solution. It's user-friendliness and customization options make it a popular choice.
The setting sub-system can be a little confusing at times, but It's not an issue for me.

This CRM is a good starting point for what we needed to track client relationships and new leads. It's not complex and easy to learn.
The CRM system is fairly customizable, though I wish I could customize a few more main screen metrics.

The long and short of it, we have been using Really Simple Systems CRM for over 6 years. It's combined CRM, support case handling and built in marketing functionality provides our business at Aqilla with a simple, straightforward capability in managing our engagement with suspects, prospects and customers alike. The latest enhacements to the Marketing module in particular mean we no longer have to use 3rd party outbound mail systems. Highly recommended.
Integrated CRM, support case management and Marketing platform. Cloud based (obviously). Reliable. Adaptable
Some more effective use of screen real estate would be nice.

The UI is really terrible, not worth the time.
It had sme really useful CRM features but not better than a Zendesk.
They advertise a free forever version but it really does not exist , its just a 14 day trial and they really just want to get you into a one of their most expensive plans.
Hi Arnold. I see you signed up to our free trial only yesterday, sorry to hear you didn't think our CRM system was for you. Once the free trial is over, you're automatically enrolled onto our free CRM plan which is (as we advertise) free forever for up to 2 users.

It was super easy to set up the CRM, intuitive and I managed to get accounts and contacts loaded up within minutes. Navigating the CRM is simple and keeping accounts updated with new data is a breeze.
I would like to see a dedicated mobile experience as I often find myself needing to access the CRM on-the-go and find using the in-browser version on mobile to be somewhat cumbersome.

Really Simple Systems CRM has solved my problem of not having an effective CRM system in place. We can now keep track of my customers and their interactions with my company with great ease. This has resulted in better customer service and a higher customer retention rate.
Really Simple Systems CRM is the most user-friendly CRM on the market. We looked at a lot of different CRMs, and Really Simple Systems CRM was the obvious choice for me because it is so easy to use. It was very easy to integrate with my existing business processes, and the most impactful features are the ones that I use every day. I highly recommend it!
Really Simple Systems CRM is really simple! The product is very easy to use and integrates well with our existing business processes. I haven't found any features that are missing or could be improved. Overall, I'm very happy with the product!

The vendor is easy to speak to and responsive to any issue raised. The product is practical but not pretty. It desperately needs to have a designer take a fresh broom to the way it looks on screen.

I've had an excellent overall experience with Really Simple Systems.
Their CRM is easy to use, affordable, and has all the features I need!
The worst thing I can say about this software is that their calendar starts on Monday, instead of Sunday, and that really isn't terrible, just hard to get used to.

RSS CRM is exactly what it say - really simple - yet packed with CRM functionality! I'm really impressed with the dashboard widgets and reporting We use all available modules to run our business so appreciate the exceptional uptime and rapid support

A very user friendly system for a new SME company who is starting off new.
Using the CRM for our small business has been extremely helpful as we are a new SME company, we are hoping to get more us as we progress as a business.
I don't think we have used enough of the system in order to say what we least like about the CRM

We switched to Hubspot CRM from Salesforce. Now we have most of our clients on Hubspot CRM. It is very simple to use. It has a very clean interface. Also, with Zapier you can integrate with a ton of other systems.
It might lack some of the features of Salesforce. So if you are a huge enterprise client, you might need a more robust system.

We have been using Hubspot for our company since we began contacting and selling to customers. While it was great in cost-effectiveness and ease of set up, as we grow it is becoming less and less of an asset to us, and we are now looking for alternatives. This is a wonderful tool for SMBs and startups.
- Quick to set up - Cost-effective - Support team is knowledgeable and fast-acting
- Not as robust as other CRM systems available - Would like to see more integrations with other platforms

I use Hubspot CRM connected with Facebook Lead Ads and Mailer Lite. It runs amazingly and at a glance I have all the data I need about my subscribers and customers.
Hubspot CRM is a complete CRM solution for business of all kind. It's very easy to use it and with a ton of integrations you can really set up various "set it and forget it systems" saving time and money. Also it's free!
I really don't find something I don't like about Hubspot CRM. It is really a complete CRM solution, it can intergraded with almost anything, it can saves you a ton of time and money and it's free.

I am using it to track inbound leads for my digital marketing business. It makes sales a lot less complicated.
Ease of use. The CRM is free, and they also provide many free downloads such as a content calendar etc.
It is not as integrated as ActiveCampaign, which I use for email marketing and as a CRM. ActiveCampaign allows you to set up automated systems as part of the CRM.

Hubspot has been great. I hope to get access to a premium version as we grow!
It's free. It also is simple to use, and has more functionality than other free CRM systems. Deal management is easy to use, and contacts can be created off of sent email.
I wish there was a better built in phone option. They want you to add an extension like FastCall or Ring Central, but those are costly. Not really a huge complaint, just a way I would improve for my use case.
