The ability to filter and message campers. The ability to see who has paid and who has signed up and not paid.

The ability only email past campers who have signed up for the current year as a reminder to sign up.

Regpack is very easy to navigate for some with no computer programming experience. The customer service is very helpful and even had a zoom call with me to walk me through the process.

Reports are not the easiest to pull up.

Easy to navigate - Easy to add different features and products for the registration process. The language used on the video training are easy to understand and is always available

It may change some of the characters when using another language. Also, for setting up the merchant form it took time when setting up an account overseas.

Saves me a lot of time by not having to manually file registrations. It also keeps all my finances organized.

Difficult to set up and customize at first, however the support team did a great job of getting everything up and running in less than a week!

Visually easy for our registrants to navigate the registration form. Form is clear and not cluttered. Registration is on Regpack form is fun!

We are located on east coast, Regpack is located on west coast - time difference sometimes inconvenient for questions or problem-solving.

software brought us into the 21st century. We no linger do everything by hand, and with it being fully automated, it allows our volunteer staff to concentrate on other areas of our programs.

Michael, great to hear you are having such a positive experience using Regpack and interacting with our Support and Project Management teams. Moving your paper process online really automates things and allows you to work much more efficiently, and focus on other aspects of your program.

Information gleaned quickly; its so easy to see where we are at financially, and how many registrants we have.

I had to reset many triggers that weren't picking up correctly after set up, so a bit of time was spent triggering things that were already showing "triggered" in the system so the parameters would be picked up by those registering. It's also challenging for many of our users to go through on the first try without getting frustrated. Some of this is operator error, but some is just the way the screens are set up.

Jennifer, it is music to our ears when clients say they have saved so much time using Regpack. This is why we do what we do! One great benefit to having all of your data in one place is the ease with which you can see your "big picture" of your financials and other data. It is great to know we have helped to save not just your time, but your sanity as well. We will add this to our list of features!

Payment systems are self-managing, and classroom registration triggers.

I like how easy it is to manage and organize my sign ups. I love that I can have multiple campaigns at the same time and see all my content easily.

There is a little bit of a learning curve but the support makes it so easy to figure out. It is so easy to navigate the support section and anytime I've needed help I've gotten it quickly and easily.

We always love hearing such great things about our Support team! They work hard to provide top notch support to all of our clients. The great thing about automating your registration and sign-up process is that you can focus your time and energy elsewhere, knowing that students are signing up on their own! It's great to hear that using Regpack has helped streamline your sign-up process!

The only good thing what the ease of setting up the site.

With their new updates I find it almost impossible to use. The reports look like word docs and something my 9 year old made. They offer an option to upload pictures of our campers but then you can not run a report with the pictures. Not easy to navigate around. So grateful that we did not do more then 1 year. Every time I go to login (on the same person home computer) it sends me a new security code. You can only do refunds within a short window to your customers.

Easy to use, customizable, and adaptable to our needs.

Haven't found anything that stands out.

The customer support responds very quickly.

They keep changing the features without any announcements made and it's affecting our set up.

The software was very easy to start up for our company. We were able to very quickly get something set up and online for students to start registering. Then, the online training helped us to expand the site.

There is a learning curve. There are some portions of the site that are difficult to understand at first. Once you understand the basics, it becomes much easier.

The ease of use is great. It's simple to explain, make changes, updates and track the software. Had a great time experience working with building the site and working with a trainer. There are clear instructions about how to get help if needed and the knowledge base is great.

It'd be great to have a number to call for something immediate but I have received follow up quickly.

Stephanie, it's awesome to hear that building out and using your Regpack system is easy and that you felt supported during the process! That is our ultimate goal when we work with our clients.

Self registration and payment options was the most impactful parts of this system. Also the complexity of this camp allowed for us to on the back side build in features that helps us manage all the youth that are attending/fees.

We would like to see the photo show up on a report form. We also need to work on set up so that when registering youth have to pick sessions that are not full. We really wish that the collaborators could see balances, that was a big struggle for our case.

It is very easy to use, provides a simple method for interacting with applicants, and enables us to report real-time statistics on who is coming to our training and where they are in the process.

I am challenged by the filtering as I expect to see certain results that for some reason do not show up.

The sales team set up the software - as soon as that was done, customer service and technical support became impossible.

Regpack Software is not at all user-friendly. Both the backend and frontend were overly complicated.

We provide extensive 1:1 training with our Training team before projects go live, in addition to our Project Manager build service, which builds out completely your project in Regpack to save you time and effort. Our tool is built with user friendliness in mind, including a back end interface to streamline day to day tasks and a front end experience that can be customized to flow well for your clients. Sounds like in the end we weren't a good fit for what you needed and we wish you the best moving forward.

Lots of different ways to set up your program with custom forms, payment plans, and automations. This software is great for a wide variety of use cases. The new interface on the back end is easy to use with a great search function. And the autobilling makes it really easy to make sure everyone is paid up.

It does glitch occasionally. A button won't work as you expect it to. A filter will include erroneous results. A pop-over or tool tip will get stuck in place and you'll have to refresh the page. Our users frequently had issues resetting their passwords. It chips away at the faith you have in the software to give you reliable reports, etc. The user experience is also not the most intuitive on the...

Andrew, I'm so glad to read that Regpack makes customizing your process easy and gives you the options you need to present your classes and manage your attendees easily in the back end. I have our dev team looking into some of the glitches you mentioned. We work hard to ensure a smooth user experience and when we find issues, we work quickly to resolve them. The resent password issue you mentioned was brought to our attention and resolved last month. All in all, its great to hear Regpack has been a big upgrade for how you work and we look forward to continued success in our partnership!

The amount of features exceeds our ability to dream up what to do with it. We have yet to come across the functionality that is not supported

The variety of features makes it more difficult to configure by oneself - not always easy to get support when setting up a new program.

Ease of use. Sets up and runs quite well. Able to work with some strange requirements outside of one day or one week events.

Some of the admin functions are hard to manage.

The monthly admin fees add up quickly, especially if more than one admin is needed. The auto-emails seem a bit tricky to set up just right. Users have trouble logging in a second time, for some reason. Perhaps the "Login" or "Register" choices are not clear enough to understand (many users have low computer skills) This survey wants way too long answers!

This product has been relatively easy to use. The token feature is going to be very useful for our organization. Regpack has been very quick to resolve issues during our setup process and the q&a session they provided before going live was very helpful.

I'm still working on setting up the email function, but it looks like it will be easy with the templates they provide to get a start.
