SalesforceIQ Features In Depth

Closest Connections

Networking requires occasionally reaching out to people outside of your immediate circle of associates. With RelateIQ, a user can type in the name of a business or individual and the app will search imported address books, calendar invites, emails, and social data to help identify a person who could help connect you.

The system ranks closest connection in order of strength, allowing professionals to see which person is most closely connected to the contact. This is an opt-in feature, so if a user finds this functionality too intrusive, that user can still use RelateIQ without it.

Mobile

Mobile is an important part of business today. With RelateIQ, users can move from PC to smartphone to tablet, reading and responding to emails just as they would have done in the office.

RelateIQ also includes a Google Chrome extension that puts the app's functionality into a user's browser. This gives Gmail users the ability to access the app directly inside the Gmail inbox.

Reports

RelateIQ's pipeline reporting helps users remain on top of sales activities. These reports can be used to guide future efforts, providing valuable information that can improve overall operations moving forward.

With reports, users can see the number of leads, the average inactive days, and the average number of days leads have been in their current status. From these reports, users can also see the net conversion rate and relationship flow, as well as drop rate.

Collaboration

Through RelateIQ, teams can work together to reach their goals. The app automates the process of keeping up with contacts and sales efforts, with one team member able to see past communications by other team members to know whether they should follow up and what they should say when they do.

RelateIQ also includes in-stream at-referencing, which lets teams annotate customer records. Records can also be assigned to teammates for follow up, offering delegation capabilities from a PC or mobile device.

Lists

Users aren't limited to searching contact lists in order to see what needs to be done. Through creating lists, organizations can set up an area where they can see all activity related to one item.

For instance, a Deals list tracks all deals in one place. Businesses can set up lists to track fundraising, recruiting, upcoming events, and more.

It's fine, no bells and whistles

2018-04-24

Pros

I appreciate the fact that it can integrate all of the email addresses that we use.

Cons

After using other software systems from SalesForce this one was a let down. The price didn't seem that much more appealing for the awesome features it leaves out.

Used it for over a year as our sole CRM system; ultimately migrated away to Pipedrive

2018-03-08

Pros

It had a lot of powerful integration and I could download quickly into excel format.

Cons

The hierarchy was confusing between setting up an account and then tying multiples records (deals?) to that account. Ultimately got it, but took a while to get setup

Worthy, popular and effective system

2018-05-12

Pros

Eventually, this pressured my enough and forced to try this CRM system, and now I just regret that I did not do that earlier.

Cons

The only complaint I had it is their website, it was quite complicated to start because I needed to register myself at once and there were so many different buttons so that was easy to get confused.

Best CRM around

2018-04-06

Pros

This, absolutely, comfortable CRM-system, which I use, and it's quite easy to handle, even the one who first started using this platform.

Cons

I found, in fact, that the application is limited in functionality, and sometimes buggy, but I usually can access the necessary account information and view performance characteristics panels.
