Pros

Patients also love them messages and calls. They compliment the timeliness of them and consistency of the receipt of the messages and content.
This is a great time saver for my staff, and they are able to focus on more important issues at our office.
It has been great for my patients as they love receiving the text reminders for their apps. It has cut down on the no show/cancellation rate in my office.

Pros

I like the company and it's staff, very smart people with a sense of humor, great to work with.
I really like that you can open it anywhere, which makes it really easy to combine the chat function with other activities.
Great feature richt and easy to use software that saves time.

Cons

It's a little confusing getting everything set up, so I had to have one of the customer service reps do it for me. But, they had it set up for me in minutes.
Patients do tell us that they will answer the phone and no one is there. I know this is from the lag from the time the phone is answered until the computer starts talking.
I dislike that I have to enter the phone numbers in every appointment on the calendar. Also, the system does not have much flexibility on the dates for the texts.

Cons

For me, it was quite difficult that there is no history of a conversation with a customer. Sometimes a customer came back and he had to explain his whole story all over again.
The way we had to change the e-mail addresss from a weird code into a proper "sender" address.
That there is no option that you can send directly to whatsapp.
