I know most of the time the responsibility needs to fall on the patient to remember their own appts but regardless, it does not help matters when the system is not working properly and the only way to get it fixed is to email or phone someone in another part of the country and have them fix it, I cannot do it myself which is frustrating.

It is important to be able to remind them about their appointments.

We could use a little more room for customizing certain messages in reminder texts.
