  • way to answer questions!
  • Adding inventory is a difficult process.
  • I don't thinks there is any bug here it's perfect for customer and solvers also.

If you run a different kind of shop that doesn't repair things then you should not use this software.

I'd recommend letting this product get some age under it's belt before depending on it for a complete solution.

Pros
Constantly adding new integrations and features. Has potential to be a great solution if all the little issues can be fixed.

Cons
Small bugs have been around way longer than they should have. Customer service promises resolutions but the issues still exist.

Main benefit for use repairdesk it's provid solution in home and any where you can said.Its helping by any time that user can ask. Tickets get esily by issue solver. They also provide that device solving by it's worker withen user said day or not. User have no fear if they put our issue in repairdesk.

Cons
