Pros

We love how robust Results is. There are so many areas where we can track our customer and staff activity in such an easy format, that we have gained efficiencies in almost every area of our business.
We are able to train new users quickly and easily. We have especially loved the ability to take care of online training modules provided by results.
Results has done a wonderful job at creating an easy workflow and I believe we will be increasing our efficiency and profitability by using ResultsCRM.

Pros

Overall it's a very good Optometric EHR. Our office has been using it for 5+ years and have been happy for the most part.
I love that it is super easy to enter in new patients and pull up information about their recent visits.
Its very easy to use and as a new user its very easy to handle.and interface also very polite and its provide the informations in one place.

Cons

There is a small amount of Lag when trying to complete multiple tasks at once, and there are some of the newer features that are a bit buggy.
New manager did not like because had no pipe line and sales predictions. We have stopped using and are now using Pipe Drive.
QB Synchronization not clean. Created problems that hampered use and implementation.

Cons

Their staff member did not inform me that a server hosting option existed and just offered me your new program. I feel cheated out for a poor training and was mislead.
The poor mismanaged and incomplete training was not worth. I was told if I paid the training it was at no risk, because I would receive an Amazon card in return.
The amount of errors we get on a daily basis makes it hard to get pts in and out of the office in a timely manor. How many times the program will freeze up and kick us off.
