Pros

I was able to better determine what our internal needs were. It was also helpful to have a cost comparison for more expensive products that offer the same functionality.
After sitting down with ResultsCRM's support team to learn more about the features and functionality this CRM had we fell in love with it.
The ease of use and familiarity, it wasn't like learning a brand new program.

Pros

Great automation, great number of apps in Zoho One for most businesses, good integration.
I love that I can get access to over 40+ options and products for the product of one. It is easy, convenient, affordable, effective.
Zoho tech support staff are sincere and try to help, but calls can be long and left without resolution. Promises to find out the solutions & get back are typically forgotten.

Cons

There is a small amount of Lag when trying to complete multiple tasks at once, and there are some of the newer features that are a bit buggy.
New manager did not like because had no pipe line and sales predictions. We have stopped using and are now using Pipe Drive.
QB Synchronization not clean. Created problems that hampered use and implementation.

Cons

They are irresponsive, careless and super rude. It was the most awful experience I have ever had in all the vendors I have dealt with in the past.
It's really hard to get a hold of someone for onboarding- I haven't been able to schedule something and keep "missing" their calls.
We only needed 2 accounts and they were trying to create 3). The whole experience was bizarre.
