Pros

XOXO day help ease of rolling out rewards and discounts for the employees in terms of gift cards.
It’s a very accessible way to manage rewards that are ethical which is very important for us to choose and predetermine the retail partners that are aligned with our policies.
It is easy to deploy employee rewards in terms of vouchers as we don't need to choose what voucher to award but giving them the freedom to choose what they want to do with value.

Pros

The Ackroo team has been wonderful to work with.
The customer service is excellent to work with, and the system is very functional.
It is convenient for people to use it and the idea is very good.

Cons

It becomes very difficult and inconvenient to keep calling vendor again and again for 1 order.
At times, the way the points are calculated include a lot of miscellaneous charges.
Can't be converted directly into cash. That's the only thing I disliked.

Cons

Its a bit costly if you dont use or sell many. A lot if fees involved for use, payment processing etc.
Customer service post implementation was delayed.
