It has been a good experience with Xoxoday. The only hiccup I found was when placing order for gift voucher for countries other than India. The vouchers will would a long time to be delivered.
- It allows us to cater to our employees who are present in different countries - It's easy to place order for different gift cards - Gives us admin a lot of ideas to conduct engagement activities - Also really like the how we can automate different events - earlier we were doing this manually
In terms of the software, there is nothing much I really dislike. Its easy to use.

I have a gift voucher that I need replaced, as that store brand only has 5 branches where you can use the voucher. Unfortunately, only one of those branches is near my area. I went there and discovered that that branch is actually closed already. I first reached out to Giftaway, who was nice enough to attempt to assist me, and advised they can assist me if I still want to try to use that voucher on...
They respond FAST (even on weekends) - but their responses are scripted and does not help me resolve my concern AT ALL
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT I have ever dealt with. Gives me automated responses for a turnaround, and does not attempt to assist me AT ALL

I am using the platform to award my team. I was able to award USD10 worth of gift card to my team membes and they choose to purchase vouchers that they like. They have alot of options to choose from Lazada, Starbucks, Grab, Mastercard and many more. I used it once to test it out but I am hoping to continue using it if the currency conversion matter is fixed.
It is easy to deploy employee rewards in terms of vouchers as we don't need to choose what voucher to award but giving them the freedom to choose what they want to do with value.
The conversion rate happens four times within the system. We will need to top up our wallet hence the currency is converted from our local currency to INR then converted back to the currency we chose in the system (USD/ EUR / etc). Once we have awarded the reward, the awardee receives in the currency that we set and use it in the currency of the country he/she resides. For an example, we top up the...

It's an easy and useful rewards platform. Companies can use this platform for having a simplified rewards sharing option.
Easy to use. Bulk upload of the winner. Wide variety of experiences in the catalogue. Reports on what is spent and an easy cancellation process. XOXO Points & Coupons are easy to share with the users.
Uploading a fund is a little long process and if added from a credit card 10% amount will be charged.

The entire process is simple, and easy to understand. The voucher catalog is also right there, making it easier to search for details about the brands. The instant vouchers are usually generated and sent to the email address very quickly.
Sometimes, the platform takes longer to load. It has also generated the same order twice at one occasion. But these issues are not recurring.

Not great, poor customer service and sloppiness with financial obligations towards customer canceled any positive product features.
The platform provides an easy way to send rewards to customers and partner networks. It also offers large automation and integration capabilities.
The customer service is terrible, and if you are maintaining high standards in your bookkeeping, I wouldn't recommend using the service. It took 3-5 tries to issue a proper invoice in euros coming from a European office of the company (vs an invoice in Rupees from an Indian company). The account manager guided me through the process of paying for a cash deposit to refill the XOXO balance via a third-party...

Fast, easy and efficient. Wide range of denomination.
Whenever number of vouchers are less we receive vouchers within the emails. We would recommend to send the vouchers within the excel format only. It would be great to have a voucher final status report. We would like to know how many of our users are actually redeeming ther vouchers before it gets expired.

ITS REALLY GOOD
I like the ease of sending/customising vouchers and campaigns as per my team's or org's need. And moreover the reporting is very intuitive, however would need some additions though.
Gamification is a little poor, and we always have to click download pictures the moment we get xoxo mails to our outlook, so that integration can be improved.

overall good, I think you provide a service which is better than other companies we've tried. A bit more focus on customer service and not only on sales and upselling would be appreciated
Easy to pull reports, different features can be implemented upon request
discount % on gift cards - we had a few issues with the API that took some time to be resolved and a few level of escalation

I've really only used Xoxoday once. to claim my reward at Lowes. Once Customer support helped me out, I was able to successfully redeem my points. However, I'm not terribly IT savvy and the app wasn't very intuitive (at least my experience).
The flip side of above. Also, it seemed that the support team was reluctant to have a face to face discussion. Everything was electronic. It was very frustrating to not have a human being to whom I could describe my problem.

Xoxoday is very easy to use / navigate. It offers a variety of options to choose from through several online platforms.
Some survey times take time to complete. It would be beneficial to have unlimited time to complete them without restraint.

AWESOME! I have introduced XOXODAY in 3 different organizations I have worked for. Just to clarify, no freebies given to me from XOXODAY. :) I introduced it because I love it.
Best feature is the - wide range of brand associations, really gives a free hand to employees to chose from. Next best feature is the platform in itself. Very easy to use & user-friendly !
