My experience on Xoxoday

It is great overall!

Pros

The e-vouchers are readily available and are generated within minutes that make this app a great place to buy any vouchers that we may require.

Cons

Initially, I did notice that Amazon and Flipkart vouchers used to be in expired state when I tried buying which got resolved later but was inconvenient at that time.

Everyone is so helpful and a pleasure to work with. They solve all customer support issues in a timely manner.

Pros

Simple to use, bulk upload to send a lot of awards at one time, tracking and redemption reporting.

Cons

Any ideas discussed has been tweaked or adjusted for future sprints.

Flexibility to the max

We use XOXODAY for rewarding our employees and this has solved the problem of selecting the right gifts for them. You can simply give them the voucher and the problem is solved. The employees just love it.

Pros

XOXODAY allows you to choose the gift of your choice. There's a wide range to choose from which allows the user to actually get the best out of it.

Cons

The SPOC changes every now and then. The complaints and concerns are not handled on time.

Nice Product with ease of doing

Its good and I liked it very much personally.

Pros

Ease of handling, customer support service. Whenever we stuck anywhere we get the required help from XOXO team.

Cons

Need to have bifurcations in budget that we newly recharge with. For eg; if we have recharged plum with 1 lac and after few days we put some more amount say 1.5 lacs then it should have two different trackers showing utilization of each recharge which will be really helpful.

Easily Send Rewards and Loyalty Gift Cards through Xoxoday

Pros

- Setup is pretty easy, sign up process and KYB is quick. Also you get a demo from their team after you sign up for free. - Gift cards can be sent across in multiple currencies to users all over the world. - Dashboard is easily accessible and easy to understand. - Variety of gift cards are available in all currencies.

Cons

- Did not find any con as such in Xoxoday, however a suggestion for developing a self service platform for small businesses that want to sell gift cards would be a great addition.

Pros

The ease of transforming points into vounchers.

Cons

The fact that there are not too many options for some countries.Also, some vendors establish a defined value for a voucher, you don't have the possibility to decide the amount you want to spend.

Cons

The UI can be better. Also, some more countries can be added to the list.

Brightens my days

Smooth and hassle free

Pros

I came across this system as I started receiving rewards from a survey site. The whole was so smooth, from redeeming the reward to reward cash deposited into my digital wallet. You just redeem and forget and let the software do the needful in the given time frame. Twice, there was some glitch in my digital wallet and my redeemed points were duly reverted back to the survey site and my points balance on it was automatically updated. It's smooth and hassle free.

Cons

I can't think of any as I am the end user.

Pros

Immediate response from customer support Can be accessible to most of the top websites Doing great in US too

Cons

Nothing much. But can work on with deadline. One service request should not take beyond 24hrs to close

Xoxoday: very useful website

The overall experience is really great as there is a huge variety of options to choose from and the website is easy to access as well.

Pros

The most useful feature was to be able to buy coupons for a variety of online platforms like amazon, flipkart, paytm, udemy, uber, etc. The website interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

There are no vouchers that can be claimed for gaming platforms like epic games, steam. The delivery of some coupons could be done faster.

I am using XOXOday from last two years for my Project and my experience is really good. My Team members also really liked the idea of gifting them xoxoday cards as it gives them flexibility and choice.

Xoxoday---- The ray of lightining in E Commerce

Marvelous.

Pros

It is easy to select the vendors from the list. Various ranges of products can be viewed and picked before selection. It is user friendly. Even a layman can use by going thru the software with or without others assistance. Customer service executives are polite in answering; albeit the questions are irritable.Customer centricity is the main focus.

Cons

Initially I had a problem of using xoxoday. I called the customer service desk and got the inputs how to use. Instead if they would have given the instruction how to use, it will be of much help.

Great product which solved our requirement for Rewards and recognition

Pros

We have integrated Xoxoday with our HRMS tool. Due to this, gifting and claiming gifts is seamless. They also have a wide range of gifts to be chosen from which can be claimed via the points which we assign.

Cons

None. There were some additional features which we wanted. This was available in their other product - Empuls

Very good

Pros

Your customer support team, they rock! They could give me an exception for my unused credits.

Cons

Search is not upto the mark, and page loading time is very expensive , products do not load fast enough to access.
