I used the Global Rewards Marketplace product the most and really liked everything that it offers. There are tons of options for you to choose from. Customer service experience has also been great!

It’s a great software - best we ever used.
It’s a very accessible way to manage rewards that are ethical which is very important for us to choose and predetermine the retail partners that are aligned with our policies.
It seems to be quite confusing to new recipients. Maybe more explanation to new users. Topping up led to some issues due to conversion through the Indian currency but I am told this is being addressed.

- Very nice product. - Very professional look and classy trophies and certificates - Experience vouchers are also very innovative.
- Service is very very poor. - There is no sync in internal teams - Finance and sales. - Products ordered do not reach on time. Even if it reaches, delivery if of half the products ordered. - no customer ease. it becomes very difficult and inconvenient to keep calling vendor again and again for 1 order.

Product was nice. Return process took quite a good time from Chumbak customer support.
A bit confusing. Navigation and instructions are not clear if you are log in first time or a new user. It should be simple to navigate.
