Happy With XOXO

Its really great association with XOXO we have almost completed 10-15 orders with XOXO till now and we are really happy with experience.

Pros

- They have wider options available for choice. - Easy to add coupon code. - Better customer support. - Good quality of products.

Cons

- They should allow replacing the voucher if selected by mistakenly. - They should have more discounts.

Amazing experience with Xoxoday

Pros

I used the Global Rewards Marketplace product the most and really liked everything that it offers. There are tons of options for you to choose from. Customer service experience has also been great!

Cons

I found a little difficult to navigate through the website. I didn't face any other issues.

Xoxoday is a good tool for using the points that you get from your company to make purchases online. It has tie-ups with a number of well-known brands, thereby offering a range of choices to the customer.

Cons

Nothing that comes to mind. I hope Xoxoday keeps up with evolving consumer choices in the years to come.

Great and affordable

It’s a great software - best we ever used.

Pros

It’s a very accessible way to manage rewards that are ethical which is very important for us to choose and predetermine the retail partners that are aligned with our policies.

Cons

It seems to be quite confusing to new recipients. Maybe more explanation to new users. Topping up led to some issues due to conversion through the Indian currency but I am told this is being addressed.

It is highly customisable, be it offerings or the content that we want to put across in the campaigns when sending out the gift vouchers. Ease of use & smooth navigation!

Pros

When i have received the couple of Xoxoday from my company, I have redeem to Amazon and use it.

Pros

Easy to redeem the money and there is multiple of brand company are there.

Cons

Multiple option on Xoxoday and easy to use. There is option of food item, amazon and many more product to purchase.

Pros

- Very nice product. - Very professional look and classy trophies and certificates - Experience vouchers are also very innovative.

Cons

- Service is very very poor. - There is no sync in internal teams - Finance and sales. - Products ordered do not reach on time. Even if it reaches, delivery if of half the products ordered. - no customer ease. it becomes very difficult and inconvenient to keep calling vendor again and again for 1 order.

I liked Xoxoday because it is very beneficial. It is very easy to use. And it has various brand vouchers that can be redeemed.

Cons

-order confirmation took a few days and often i need to raise a support ticket to expedite the resolution. -the filter panel does not work always -some vouchers are highly overpriced
