It works great. When a xoxo card is been provided it provides lot of options to claim the gift.

Sometimes the gift card add-on does not work, Then we have to contact the customer care, these things can be avoided

In the times of WFH Plum is a good way to motivate team for the good work, it gives the flexibility to choose how you would like to consume the rewards. It also eliminates the chance for the points to go unused.
