Pros

No glitches, no hacks, and runs just very very smoothly. The monthly updating is essential to improve it & keep the quality at a top industry best standard.
Ease of use, format of information is really good. Adding tours or cloning tours and alterations is great.
If you are starting up, It is a very good way to prepare your company for growth.

Pros

The ease of scheduling new activities, its seamless integration into our website and effortless booking for our customers has been a winning combo.
Setting it up was super easy. The level of customization from email templates to booking flow is really impressive.
I like the all-inclusive feel of the check-out. I like the ability to customize emails, have waivers signed in the program itself and all the customer information tracked by booking.

Cons

I would prefer a flat monthly fee. Some of the fields are missing from the reports which is frustrating.
Lack of customer service. Malfunctioning software.
But the not good part is the lack of payment integration with the Brazilian market.

Cons

Requests to speak to managers are ignored. Unless you call and call there is no movement on your concerns and some customer support representatives are downright rude.
Possibly fraudulent - definitely misrepresenting their service and product.
Does not have all the functionality I need. What I really disliked most about this company is the accounting department.

As our events are quite specific and unique, it would be great to have a more customised template builder available to us. Integration into our website would be ideal - - however this is probably something I will investigage further and see what happens. Would be good to do this without an iframe however.

Peek Pro is a great piece of software for an owner/operator tour company.

I switched from Rezdy to PeekPro about a year ago largely because it does not charge a monthly fee for use. The API connection to Viator is a major benefit as well. The software does not have as many manual override options as Rezdy did when I used it so I have to use a number of workarounds to take care of some situations unique to my situation, but the customer support team is very responsive to feedback!

This software does address some of the unique issues specific to my business situation.

Better control of my business.

Pros

Great customer service, ease of use and beautiful user interface for customers. Easy integration. Pricing is very accessible and flexible depending on your needs.

Cons

The software is lacking some features found on other software such as rezdy , There are walkarounds to this problems and the staff has been very helpful trying to sort these problems out. Like most software, it does have some bugs. However support is great and they try to do their best to solve this problems.
