Pros
It began with some great automated emails/blogs about different aspects of their system. When I had questions about features and processes their customer support was very responsive and helpful.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is setting up a website that involves booking tours as our experience with them has been fantastic.
The amazing SUPPORT makes you feel like valued customer, and that REZGO is not out to make a quick buck, but to help your company grow and reach it's goals.
Pros
Probably the best thing about Fareharbor is the absolutely fantastic support. When you need to do or change something, all you need to do is ask and the support team will have it done very quickly.
They care deeply about our success as a business and we feel the love and support from their staff as we grow our business and partnership with their company.
So far I really appreciate the help offered by those assigned to help set up our company w/a new reservation system that we hope will be much more user friendly for both us and our customers.
Cons
Our biggest issue with our old website was that we were losing people who are used to finding what they want online and instantly buying it (I tend to be one of those people).
One thing that is a slight problem however, is that the payment methods offered are not updated.
Very easy to make mistakes and loose track of customers. If you are a small tour company maybe, but if you are planning to get larger I would look else where.
Cons
Also the fact there were so many small mistakes when buiding it, (we've had to ask to fix the same mistake more than one time because one thing got solved but created another problem).
The obvious one complaint is that FH charges customers who make a booking online (on my website for example) a 6% fee, totally seperate and additional to any tax, which adds up.
I thought it was overreaching to think that after submitting my information that I would be up and running in a week. I was gladly proven wrong.
