The trend for in-location activities has been towards direct bookings. Adding Rezgo to our website made our website the single largest source of bookings. Bookings made on our website increased YoY every month for 6+ years. Being able to serve customers with instant online confirmation is easy for them and us. Rezgo is always there for us when we need them. Means a lot to us.
Super-easy to integrate with the WordPress plugin. Connected to Viator, Expedia and GetYourGuide, which helps a great deal to not have to manage availability on so many websites. Easy for our customer service to adjust inventory, which is important to us because it can change quickly. Customers find it easy to use, as evidenced by online customer survey's we've conducted and the fact that in the 6+ years we've used it, I don't remember a single customer complaint about the process. Rezgo tech support is very responsive.
For our purposes, there are no cons. Rezgo offers more features than we use as a performance venue and not a tour operator, so many parts of it are a mystery to me, but that's my fault.

We have been using Rezgo for many years and are extremely happy and satisfied with our choice of online booking platform. It is super simple to use, easy to learn and understand, easy to add new inventory, easy to set up Gift Cards which can be used for bookings, really simple to navigate and just a great system to use. If ever we are stuck with something, we send a support ticket in and the replies...
It woud be nice to be able to simply offer a % discount code. Discounted price codes can be set up under rules but it is time consuming and doesnt allow a blanket % discount on a single or multiple inventory items

We used their API to book tours with tourism companies working with their system. It was a very nice and easy integration with almost no issues. As I worked in customer support as well, it would fall on my back to deal with any issues resulting in booking fails between our two systems. All other booking systems had issues, but Rezgo was the champion that never broke. Working with them is a treat!
The Rezgo team is always on top of the situation - they roll out updates, communicate clearly and openly, and are a treat to work with. I love that they are focused on certain aspects of tourism industry rather than trying to be a jack of all trades like some of their competitors that offer not only tour booking, but tickets, physical item sales, etc. It earned Rezgo a special place in my heart. As they have a product that is not trying to be everything at the same time, we never had any issues in our integration, nor any booking failures that would require our support team to work extra hours.
The interface used to be a little sub par, but the latest update looks great, so I can't say anything against that anymore! Rezgo is just great!

We are able to offer tour booking services to our guests even though our new property management system does not have it integrated. This is a major part of our business and until we found Rezgo we were not sure how to continue without major surcharges or complicated systems! We are so happy because Rezgo does exactly what we need!
I love the flexibility that this product allows for - from keeping the cost low for us (1% is significantly lower than other products with same abilities) to being able to edit items easily once they are uploaded. The system is easy to keep up to date independently and customer service is always responsive and helpful when we need it.
Nothing! It would be great if it could be integrated with our property management system but until then, there is nothing more that we could want.

Our biggest issue with our old website was that we were losing people who are used to finding what they want online and instantly buying it (I tend to be one of those people). We also were utilizing valuable staff time to process bookings that could have otherwise been spent out on the water with participants. Rezgo has fully solved both problems, and we are already seeing the bookings happening with no prior phone calls or emails from new customers.
Most impactful features: waiver processing, roster info gathering, user-friendly interfaces It was very easy to enter our programs into the Rezgo system. We created one full program, then could duplicate and modify after that, making entering our 300+ programs for the season go very quickly. During the integration, there were some glitches that I think were on our end, and Rezgo’s technical support went above-and-beyond to help us fix those quickly. Otherwise, the integration with our WP site went very smoothly. There technical support team is the best!
Our customers like to be able to see a full calendar of all our programs and how many seats are available on them so that they can see what is available on the date they want to paddle. We ended up using another calendar app to build this on our website. We would have liked this full calendar to have been generated by the Rezgo system. On our old website, we didn’t have online booking but we had a back-end database that generated beautiful rosters. Rezgo is working on adding this function and we are looking forward to having that capability again.

We used Rezgo to connect to operators and make bookings through Rezgo API. We used their booking system outside of the API integration rather rarely. The API was well documented and we were very happy with ease of integration. Rezgo had a lot of operators in areas we started working in and using it opened the door to a completely new revenue stream.
Rezgo was a very direct way to handle bookings. It required very little setup and was immediately usable. I liked the fact that it supported a lot of currencies, which was sometimes an issue with other booking systems.
It felt dated a bit. The interface was not refreshed recently and it was sometimes a bit jarring to use. Luckily we mostly used API bookings so that was much easier to handle.

Even-though the REZGO applications & booking reservation system is revolutionary, easy to use and extremely innovative- it's the 'people' behind and 'in-charge' or REZGO that make it the BEST system...
- Focused on scheduled fixed availability (eg.tours), and not trying to please all 'bookable' products - No subscription fees, and offer a wealth of knowledge support forums/tutorials. - Easy to use, powerful Point of Sale - Customizable branding

As someone with little technical expertise - and running a very small kayak tour business - the service I have received from Rezgo in setting up my online booking system was incredible. Never would I normally expect a lengthy phone call guiding me through the whole process from overseas. Amazing service.
The look of the system on my website is superb and whilst it's new and I'm still tweaking, it seems to have a lot of flexibility built into the system. What's even better is that the staff act immediately on receiving an email and work closely with me (client) to guide us to the best way to use the system.
There was a very minor bug when my webmaster installed the system into our Wordpress site - but Rezgo tech people worked overnight to ensure it was working a.s.a.p.

Quick set up of tour listings and very good support so far.
First , the support so far has been quick, concise, accurate and led to progres severy time I contacted them. I have set up the site in one week( between tours) when it took me three months with others which I have tried. Second, the tours are easy to build, the set up is intuitive and if it were not for my lack of experience, I woud have done it even faster. Third, the few issues and questions I had were resolved within 24 hours and the instructions are clear. Fourth , the look of the listings is really good and engaging, very close to my main site, and very clear for customers. The tickets and receipts are simple and complete. It gives confidence to travelers which are becoming more and more demanding.

Right now, Rezgo support is helping connect API to Viator.
I like that it's easy to navigate for booking tours. It's easy to run reports. It's easy to create new tour products and pricing tiers.
I wish it would automatically send out invoices to partners as soon as a customer checks in.

Took me a little while to get my head around the way in which the system works but then again I'm not the most web-savvy techy minded of people.. but.. with the help of the team at Rezgo and referencing their online tutorials I was able to get up and running on their system in no time at all. Set up my tours.. linked my website to the Rezgo booking pages.. and within a week of asking Rezgo had co-branded my booking pages to match my website.. fab..!
I like how the trips are set up as Inventory Items within which you can have different options which in turn you can customize to your hearts content. As a very small provider of tours, the fact that I can integrate such a powerful online booking system to my own website.. and take advantage of the huge network of outlets being created by Rezgo and the fact that I only pay-as-I-go via a very reasonable commission rate on bookings made is to me priceless as cashflow for a small operator such as I am is a major issue. On top of that, the complimentary co-branding service they offer whereby they match the look of your own website to their booking pages is fantastic... and delivery of which was done in just a few days.
In all honesty I havent used the system yet for a long enough period of time to have uncovered any pet peeves.. time will tell but so far I have no complaints whatsoever.

I have no experience in the technical aspects of creating a website particularly a booking engine. I spent months comparing the different providers out there and settled on Rezgo. I like the comprehensive help information provided under their resource section and I called a few times before becoming a client and got quick answers to my questions.
The thing I liked most is the way it integrates so easily and seamlessly into my website. Very simple to add multiple tours and other variables. Merchant account API was a breeze to set up considering I do not have an IT background.

I like the software my only wish is that it would be more compatible with wix sites, like a plug in would be good as they have done for word press

I have used the Rezgo Booking Software for the past year and find that it is one of the best out there. I work in the IT industry hosting, webdesign etc. To be given the ability to change CSS and Html is a must and Rezgo have hit the nail on the head so to speak. We have worked with Rezgo on major projects the we have running here in Ireland and they have delivered. Every request for information and changes was answered promptly and believe me some of our requests where not small. I Have given Rezgo a 5 stars rating because of the ease of use and customer support provided.

Easy to set up your tours. The ability to adjust pricing for different time periods. The ability to control how many bookings can be made The customisation for your website offered by rezgo.
Customization does not extend to mobile responsive site. Can have people pay deposit but no follow up for full amount meaning you need to use other payment methods.

Very Happy with my experience launching my activity business with Rezgo. From sign-up to the integration into our website, Rezgo has provided very strong support. It began with some great automated emails/blogs about different aspects of their system. When I had questions about features and processes their customer support was very responsive and helpful. The Rezgo engine is very robust with a ton of functionality that I have yet to explore, but the process of setting-up some initial, simple tours, was very intuitive and easy.
Funcionality is perfect for the tour and activity business.
Some of the more complex functions are not as intuitive, but Rezgo suport is very responsive when needed

We researched many booking platforms before deciding that Rezgo was the best solution for us. The customer service has been excellent and we're excited to have so many features available without having to purchase an expensive 'gold' package, like other services offer. Vayando connects curious travelers with micro-entrepreneurs all over the world, so it's important to have a robust and easily-managed booking platform, which we've found in Rezgo.

We are in our third year of business at SoCal Rafting and our third year with Rezgo. Business is up 300% this year over last, and thanks to the booking rules and inventory sharing we are growing smoothly. I can't tell you how important it is to be able to call and reach live support immediately if there is a problem or I make a mistake. These guys are here for us when we need them. But most of all, their system just works. Once everything is set up it doesn't break down. It just works and lets me spend my time on more important things.

From the start it has been a simple process to set up our booking pages with Rezgo. The back end system is simple to use and easy to make changes to. The finished page looks very professional, and we are very pleased with it. But most of all the customer service is outstanding. Every question we had, big or small, was answered and action upon on very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is setting up a website that involves booking tours as our experience with them has been fantastic!

After endless searching for software that could give us all the features we needed, we were happy to find Rezgo. The software is easy to use, especially for someone who is not very tech savvy. We also are impressed with the excellent customer service. We called a few time with questions and they were answered right away and solutions were explained patiently.
