I needed a system to track RSVPs to an event that was quick and efficient and didn't involve needing "tickets."
RSVPify is easy to use and deploy once you buy the initial package. A compelling feature is a dashboard and the look of the product in the end user's email box.
I wish the software had a way for me to e-mail those who RSVP with additional information about the event prior to its start.

My company ran a fundraiser and used Rsvpify to create custom invites, track attendees, sale of tickets, and communicate event updates. All aspects ran seemlessly.
I was very satisfied with Rsvpify. It was super simple to create the invitations and details of the event. The program tracks the number of attendees and declines. You can easily make changes to the event and send updates/communications to participants. It is also simple to generate tickets and process payments.
I loved everything about Rsvpify except the payment processing fee. However, that is expected with any program, and the fee is still inexpensive.

RSVP get the word out and lets me know who bought what tickets, helps me to increase my email list, and again the customer support group is so helpful!
The software for the most part is fairly easy. I am not a high tech person. But I have to say when I get into a jam, the customer service support team is amazingly helpful!
I wish some of the things were not as complexed for me. The invites especially. Because I probably wasn't shown would be the main reason. I would think a tutorial when someone signs up might be a great value.

It was very easy to use. I monitor who was coming to the event as well as what people needed like rentals, tickets or if someone had a special dietary concern.
I feel there needs to be a single event option. It is unreasonable to think someone would pay that much monthly for the services that are provided.

I managed RSVPs for about 700 donors, sponsors, elected officials and VIPs to the Closing Ceremony of our Sesquicentennial year. Some people were invited to the VIP reception, some just to the performance. Some organizations had tickets in both categories (with and without the VIP reception). This allowed me to set up similar but slightly different invites as if they were different events to manage everything.
The degree to which if offered so much functionality than other platforms.
All that additional functionality needs to be learned. It's not as intuitive as some of the others, because it does so much more which is great for more complicated events. The good side of this is they have excellent tutorials.

RSVPify is so great to work with, they always provide thoughtful answers to any questions I have. When I reached out to ask if they had a certain feature, they replied they didn't but they had a beta option at the time that I could try out that could help solve the roadblock I was experiencing. I highly recommend this platform for any size business who needs help with event management - makes it much easier!
I love the ability to customize the landing page with my company's brand colours and logo. The dashboard is also handy and easy to use. I also liked the ability to send out invites and reminders from the plaftorm. There were so many features I didn't use but I could definitely see the benefit of (ie. sell tickets, we hosted free invite-only events so this wasn't needed for our use).
Although I liked being able to customize the landing page - I think it could be improved upon to be even better.
