Great partner with strong eCom

S4D really feels like a partner. They take much work out of our hands and they are really thinking along to help us improve our business.

Pros

The team is great and they constantly push innovation.

Cons

Sometimes too many releases which requires for much reviews. But it also has its benefits.

Good partnership and software

It's been fun to learn all these new things, communication with support is good, and super to have frequent software updates.

Pros

The personal feel towards our partnership and the proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Cons

Quite frequent changes in the contact person.

Easy to work with in the store en the DriverApp for delivery is very handy

Pros

Easy for users and a helpfull serviceteam

Cons

That the don’t always have everything live the academie clips in dutch. That would be helpfull

Pros

It's great to be working with a system that is constantly updated with today's technology. I find it very easy to use and very effective, especially in the kitchen.

Cons

I'd like it to be loading as fast during rush hours as it is during normal times.

Pros

I really like how Delivery system is very well organized. It helps drivers to work efficiently. It's great that I can access the POS whenever I am even on my phone.I rated the chance of recommendation "Neutral" since there is still a lot to learn about the system until I can make sure I know what I recommend.

Cons

Would be easier for the business to help other stores, so that functionality would be great to be added in the future and make the process faster.

Fast response time

Pros

Very detailed description about each order, meaning you as a manager can have a nice overview of all the transaction and changes that happen to the order and fix a problem if needed. I use it daily.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say, it is a bit annoying to write the login code when using it but I understand that it is needed to privacy and security of the data. No bad opinions overall.

Pros

The system works well for restaurants. The POS does the job. I use it daily as a kitchen staff member.

Cons

When we get extremely large amounts of orders the system could be faster.

Proud to be partner of S4D

We are surprised how fast we developed new features, when we entered the German market. We needed a lot of local integrations, without S4D we would not have been able to have a good overview of our business.

Pros

One system for our total business, consisting off: HQ data and reporting, Operations KPI, customer reviews, loyalty integration, e-com (adaptive website) app, kitchen management, marketing execution, menu management

Cons

When we started working with S4D, a couple of years ago they did not offer all the features we needed at that time. But that is now 4 years ago. Now they offer everything we need to run our business. We love the new self ordering kiosk they developed, at really low pricing.

In het algemeen goed, alleen de storingen op drukke dagen verpesten veel.

Pros

Het is overzichtelijk, en je kan het ook vanuit thuis makkelijk gebruiken

Cons

Het hangt best vaak vast, of heeft storing bij drukke dagen.
