Easy for users and a helpfull serviceteam

That the don’t always have everything live the academie clips in dutch. That would be helpfull

Eaz of use you dont have to know too much to use it

There is still alot of simple things missing

Map with the orders on the delivery management software is clear and accurate

During rush hour the preferred settings on the Central Menu Management can reset

- Very easy to use- Helpful when needed- New workers have no problem learning the system :)

- The new maps on dispatching are not working the same way as the maps before

It's great to be working with a system that is constantly updated with today's technology. I find it very easy to use and very effective, especially in the kitchen.

I'd like it to be loading as fast during rush hours as it is during normal times.

I really like how Delivery system is very well organized. It helps drivers to work efficiently. It's great that I can access the POS whenever I am even on my phone.I rated the chance of recommendation "Neutral" since there is still a lot to learn about the system until I can make sure I know what I recommend.

Would be easier for the business to help other stores, so that functionality would be great to be added in the future and make the process faster.

Very detailed description about each order, meaning you as a manager can have a nice overview of all the transaction and changes that happen to the order and fix a problem if needed. I use it daily.

I don't have anything bad to say, it is a bit annoying to write the login code when using it but I understand that it is needed to privacy and security of the data. No bad opinions overall.

The system works well for restaurants. The POS does the job. I use it daily as a kitchen staff member.

When we get extremely large amounts of orders the system could be faster.

When we started working with S4D, a couple of years ago they did not offer all the features we needed at that time. But that is now 4 years ago. Now they offer everything we need to run our business. We love the new self ordering kiosk they developed, at really low pricing.

The product is very easy to use and user friendly.

E-commerce should be added in the features.

Het zou handig zijn om een systeem voor bonnetjes te hebben voor de klanten. Op piekmomenten kan het nu rommelig worden

Het is overzichtelijk, en je kan het ook vanuit thuis makkelijk gebruiken

Het hangt best vaak vast, of heeft storing bij drukke dagen.
