We have it linked right to our web forms and can track a lead from web to close.

Cons

Salesforce is hard to get up and running because it can do so much. We really needed to rely on a consultant to get us going. It is hard to keep up with the notes and our VP sales still runs his forecase in Excel as Salesforce didnt work the way he needed it to

- it's the one-stop shop to manage your prospects and leads - it has loads of applications (calendar, tasks, call script, log calls) - Data and reportings are far above any other software i've used - 18 months after starting using it, I'm still learning new things!

Cons

- took me a bit of time to figure out how to use the software to it's maximum potential - so many steps to enter new information.

It is extremely easy to navigate. It is also very easy for new users to become proficient in it. I also love how easy it is to organize all of your leads.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a long time to load multiple leads at the same time in new tabs. Also sometimes certain salesforce pages won't log a call on the correct account.

Pros

First off, there are a million things that you can pull or look at in Salesforce. Since I am in marketing I pull reports in Salesforce to monitor things like pipeline, revenue, campaign sources etc. I need to know how the leads we generate from marketing are progressing through the pipe. Salesforce allows me to pull all of this information without any issues. I am also very happy with all of the Salesforce integrations. They integrate with just about EVERYTHING so you shouldn't have any issues from that perspective.

Cons

It can be tricky to pull reports based on certain fields. If it's too involvedI have to get a salesforce specialist involved to help me pull ad hoc reports.

It's without a doubt the most powerful customer service management software I've used. And I've used them all. The functionality was customized by my company for in-house financial advisors, but I assume you can personalize the interface to your own preferences, depending on the services you provide your clients. The level of detail you can input into each client profile is the probably most remarkable aspect of Salesforce. You can data cram your CRM all you want and still be organized with your workflow. It ensures that you never miss anything in the sales process.

Cons

Salesforce offers an incredible viewing option, for deals in the pipeline, called a 'kanban board' view. Look it up on google - it essentially organizes your active deals according to the stage they're in in an illustrative manner. I only wish they could have this viewing option on the mobile app. Apart from that, outstanding.

The features and benefits available to track contacts, accounts, pipeline, goals, training, activity, are second to known. It is the most robust and integrated CRM I have ever worked with.
