Overall, I very much liked the product. The API for integrations was great and the robustness of the product was evident throughout. If budget isn't the biggest factor, it is a solid platform.
I love the way that out of the box SalesForce didn't provide hundreds of fields in entities like account and contact. This leads to clean looking forms and with how easy it is to add fields, you can just add what you need versus hiding tons of fields you will never use.
My least favorite thing was the pricing. Compared to Dynamics 365, it tends to be much more expensive.

I like that it is easy to use and fast. I have used both Dynamics and salesforce, and have noticed that Salesforce, in my opinion, is easier. It is also quicker moving from screen to screen and is more efficient.
The version of salesforce that I used did not have an insights tab like Dynamics CRM. Perhaps it does now, but overall I thought Dynamics was a much more robust platform.

Working with salesforce, has made our work very strategic and complex, i can't think of deploying any other software because it keeps our services effective and smarter.
The ease of use of this software salesforce is amazing. I will would just want to commend the developers and managements of the great work put together.
So well, the capturing of the entire costumers dynamics wasn't too elaborate .

The best CRM. Putting the customer first, as Salesforce is doing, is truly the secret of their success.
The licenses are more expensive than their competitors, like MS Dynamics, for example.

Worked with Dynamics, saw the weaknesses (lack of native Process building possibilities)
most powerful CRM, stickyness of the product for a sales team, ability to offer a full view on sales process, possibility to create custom processes, alignment with marketing automation tools
so powerfull that sometimes it is complicated to do what you want

When looking for CRM software that would be suit our companies needs, we explored Salesforce and Dynamics 365. In previous roles prior to starting my own company my experience was with salesforce. From scheduling appointments and leads, through to on site visits upselling installation services, Salesforce provide a great tool that could be accessed via laptop, tablet, or most importantly, by cellphone.
There are other inexpensive options available to customers who are budget conscious but you really do forfeit many of the great features by using those software. More, the customer service team at Salesforce are incredible!

Captures and segments audience data and can be used as a CRM, sales funnel, and follow up tool. The capabilities of this software are endless and not even fully maximized.
Dynamics are built in which require a little deeper understanding to get to data via tags sometimes.

I used to use Dynamics, but it was so clunky. Sales Force is AMAZING!
- CLEAN, easy to navigate yet customized user interface! - Effective collaboration methods. - Syncs well with other tools such as microsoft office apps - I pretty much do everything form my salesforce since I'm in sales. Makes my job 10X easier.
- Depending on the size of your organization, it can be a lot to take in. Also depends on how customized your package is. - For full effectiveness the entire team needs to be using it with common standards.

It's easy setup and it's dynamics allow you to start using the program with your team fast.
It's quite expensive for a starting company with a small team. But once you get to the budget it's worth it.

I have used SFDC on regular basis to update cases and find it difficult to use sometimes, need skillful analyst to do it
hard way to manage the features and business needs, require constant care of updated modules. Team dynamics to reflect changes

Group reporting and dynamics. Enterprise wide visibility of program sales and things of that nature.
You can do just about anything you want with customization of the objects. That is a great way to sell the product.
The problem is you need someone or a team of people that understand the architecture to do anything that is not out of the box. The system is very complex with rules and triggers that can cause errors if not west up properly.

The product is very intuitive to myself as as admin and also to users of the service. The assistance and help online are very helpful and easy to find if I need to use them. I would highly recommend this product for users wanting a mature framework for CRM, management, and workflow. The product does so much out the box and is fully cloud-based. The smartphone integration is maturing in leaps and bounds.
Still learning. So far, compared to my previous CRM (Dynamics), it does everything I need it to with minimal customisation

We migrated from MS Dynamics to SFDC last year and our sales and marketing processes are now improved and simplified. We integrated SFDC with Marketo and we solved some important issues we had with MS Dynamics. The integration is native and easy to manage. SFDC is a very comprehensive tool but at the same time intuitive.
The customization of SFDC requires a dedicated admin person in the company as well as an external consultant firm. License fees are very high.

Overall experience was good , have to understand its architecture for implementation purpose
It is easy to use for CRM , It is also cloud enabled . I have used it during my integration project with MS Dynamics
It is costly if you have to customise any solution in it . Step by step understanding is required for efficient usage

We can work with several tools, but there are platforms that make things much simpler, Salesforce is a platform that changes the dynamics of any business.
The possibility of having multiple tools on a single platform.
More complex learning in the tools, leading us to use the still version of the platform.

Functions and reporting services are comprehensive, and the ability to build reports and dashboards around your own needs is great
It isn't the easiest to use, the layout and functionality can be difficult to get your head around. Other CRM systems such as Dynamics would be my preferred choice.

We previously used Microsoft Dynamics and switched to Salesforce. Customer details load so much faster with this product and it makes my day so much more efficient.

SFDC is *the* premier CRM platform (though Dynamics is catching up!). It has countless partners and plug-ins that enable any sales function needed in your CRM.
It can do everything, which makes it quite clunky and expensive to administer. Make sure you need all the bells and whistles before purchasing. I would recommend small and medium businesses survey the CRM landscape before selecting a platform.

my benefits were the good relationship with my clients, the obtained dynamics, the constant learning and the improvements in the sales and strategies in the marketing.
What I like is that it is not necessary to be an expert to manage this software, manage sales and everything that is done in marketing and improve sales with customers.
Actually I have nothing negative to say about this software for now, I liked it a lot and I hope to continue like this with these espetactives.

Negative or "zero" experience because their sales team wouldn't sell the package to our customer.
This software comes with a lot of features and from the start it is the most "ready to use" in the market by far
Very difficult to contact their(!) sales team, which were unsure if selling this software to our customer(!?). Also it starts preconfigured but then is far less customizable than Dynamics

Once I understood how Salesforce worked, I realized it was a great tool to use. It just takes time to understand how to use.
Salesforce is a great tool to connect our retail support team with our sales/marketing team. It allows us to track all interactions with a dealer to ensure we don't miss a thing. We were also able to track enrollment of new stores and their documents.
Salesforce can be confusing, especially for first users. It took some time for me to understand how to use the service. We have since moved on from Salesforce and are implementing Microsoft Dynamics.

A good alternative to more expensive CRM Sales solutions based in the cloud like salesforce. Way cheaper, there needs to be a time investment in delivering this to fruition.
I liked that it was a great alternative to the complexity of salesforce that is broken down into different applications on the cloud. Price comparison to salesforce was great.
I didnt' like that i had to use several different apps, because that can definitely be a challenge, although its a definite improvement to a salesforce account.

Good for contact and account management and social customer service. Also, good for sales forecasting. It also has a more flexible implementation than Salesforce since it's a fully cloud-based CRM.
Salesforce has upper hand in app exchange with more than 2600 apps, where as Microsoft Dynamics pales in comparison.
