Pros

As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
The cloud based architecture makes it easily accessible and the deployment work like a charm. It very cost effective and intuitive.
It is amazing what you can get and do with the free version of Salesforce. I do fundraising consultant and for small non-profits on a tight budget this is my top recommendation.

Pros

Excellent software that integrates with our ERP system seamlessly. Great visuals/graphical snapshots.
Sales-I has been a great device for managing our sales funnel. We have great visibility on our customers that help us strategize and execute on good sales activities to drive our business forward.
Very good to have a great plan of the month, been able on the mobile version to have a quick acces to our customer performance.

Cons

The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.
Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.

Cons

Silly that out west we cannot have the correct date and time. Desperately need the application to work 100% offline when making notes and entering a call.
At this point nothing is standing out as a problem or concern.
When the header is added it adds multiple columns which creates problems in working with the documnt.

Pipeline Tracking

Sales force helped me stay organized with my pipeline, growth goals, and customer tracking.

Pros

I liked that I can utilize this software to track my pipeline - I find a customer, but know I cannot sell them something for 2 years and I can use salesforce to not lose sight of them. This was much better than the excel spreadsheet I previously used to track accounts.

Cons

I had to create pipeline opportunities with specific information, rather than generalized. But, since he majority were for future sales, I think it would have made more sense to have a tiered option, rather than a specific sale I planned.

Salesforce is the easiest way to view all my prospects, call them, take notes on them, and even sell them!

Pros

Salesforce makes it so easy to manage all my leads, manage my prospects, and keep me organized to make sales! I have been using it my whole sales career, and I wouldn't be able to work without it!

I do not have any cons. Overall, it is simple and easy, and as a salesman, makes my job easy and organized.

If you are a b2b business and do not use SF, I do not know what you are thinking.

Pros

I use SF daily at work and I do not know what I would do without it. It has all the functionalities for you to speed up your marketing - sales. I am responsible from Inbound leads and it is very easy to follow up and work with sales.

Cons

Nothing to say at the moment. All working smoothly.

Overall it's a great product for sales' teams. I haven't seen a software that compares yet.

Pros

If you're in a sales organization, it's a great product. It helps to keep everyone aligned, forecasts aligned and everyone on task. It has a ton of functionality that makes it easy to adopt for any type of sales team.

Cons

Although the software is super powerful, it can be tough to manage all the bells and whistles of it. There's so much power, you sometimes are overloaded with various features. Keep it simple and build from there.

Salesforce helped us put together all our contacts and keep in touch better with them. It is such a good tool for forming networks and strategic partnerships when multiple people are involved.

Pros

This software is likely to help you company no matter what your need is. I've used this with communications, fundraising, and fundmaking. While more popular with sales, I personally see a lot of other opportunities here. It is very user friendly once set up and it is a great way to professionalise a startup that wants to get serious.

Cons

Salesforce is not easy to set up by yourself so you are likely to seek consultants to do it in accordance to your needs. The company really needs to find more user friendly ways for individuals to set this up for themselves for their needs.

Tracking my clients is easier than ever!

Using Salesforce has upped my sales "Game". I never forget to check on a client or follow up on a new lead now.

Pros

The software is very user friendly. I had an older person on my team without much computer experience that I was able to teach how to use quickly. I also love the reminders that I can set up to schedule my calendar with and not forget my clients.

Cons

I don't like the price of the software; however, I totally can justify the results I am getting now that I am using it.

Couldn't do my job in SEO without Salesforce

I gain peak productivity at work by being able to view all of my sales team's analytics as well as website analytics in one spot. I also love that I can create landing pages and forms in Salesforce as well.

Pros

I love the wide array of features that Salesforce offers. From Pardot to Einstine to Sales Console, I can do just about anything I want all in one window.

Cons

There is almost TOO much to learn. As is every CRM, there is a lot to learn, but Salesforce is tenfold the material compared to other CRMs I've used. Maybe it's a good thing because there is so much you can do with Salesforce, but it can be daunting, especially for newcomers.

Without this software, it would be really hard to work leads and keep moving them along to get to the close. I am more organized and streamlined in how I work leads.

Pros

How easy it is to keep a clean pipeline and progress leads through the sales cycle. I also like how you can build custom reports to help you stay organnized.

Cons

I wish it had the option to track emails and and set follow ups directly through g-mail. The support is a little rough and take a little longer to get back to you.

Manage your Sales Funnel

Managing my sales funnel is the biggest part of my job - I am able to build out reports, track progress and easily update records leaving me more time for sales calls.

Pros

Salesforce allows me to stay on top of my sales opportunities. I am able to go back and review meetings with ease. Organize tasks and have multiple windows open at once

Cons

Followups in a client require a new task everytime, I would like to just add notes to the comment section and keep the task open for the next day

Critical tool for any sales focused company

I would consider myself a Salesforce fan. I hope to use it for the rest of my career. If my company took the tool away, I would be extremely upset.

Pros

I have used Salesforce for 10+ years. It has been a great resource to me in my sales career. I would recommend that any company who has not implemented it do so.

Cons

The change to Salesforce Lightning was difficult for a lot of reps on our sales floor. I actually like the look of Lightning more, but I still prefer Salesforce classic because of the functionality.
