Salesforce Is Great For A Lot Of Reasons, But Costly And Has An Outdated UI Out-Of-The-Box

It is useful, but I think it is expensive and has an outdated UI.

There is a large community and there is a robustness to it, although it requires a dedicated expert or a lot of money for consulting.

Not great as a bug tracking/issue tracking tool; no conversational view of email records.
