Salesforce is a tool that I use on a daily basis, so my overall experience is pretty good, there are only details to be corrected. It's a useful tool that definitely helps me to provide a good customer service and keep record of each ticket I create.
I enjoy creating tickets using Salesforce because it's practical and functional, and you can navigate easily in each ticket. This helps to have each ticket's information faster.
Sometimes it glitches when you detach an article and you have to refresh the entire page and the content of a case comment goes lost if you don't save it first.

Of course, for the first several days, I faced somewhat a problem to orient myself in all the functions and characteristics of Sales Cloud. However, thanks to the depth of the excellent technical support team that you offered to us, it simply took us a short time to address any concern that we developed.
The use of Sales Cloud in our company has led to increased performance rates in sales aspect, as well as a considerable enhancement of clients management. In conclusion, it stained to say that Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a great partner to support our company. We have established that it has assisted us in enhancing our performance, enhancing the communication with our stakeholders and expanding our sales.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to navigate, which is perhaps my favorite aspect of it because the company can tailor its functions to the needs of the company. Thanks to the BI tool, we can find out sales opportunities and enhance the way how to promote sales effectively.
