Salesforce is a great tool at tracking business, reminders, maps, and monitoring.  There are too many features that I likely will not need to use, but that might change over time.  If I could integrate my calendar to activities, that would make it perfect. 

Can be complex

It's amazing. This is where our customer services comes in. We handle emails and chats using this software for 4 years already and its very manageable. It saves time rather than replying into a regular email app.

Salesforce offers many excellent products regarding data management.  A good value for the money and a fantastic product if you invest in time (and money of necessary) to receive continued training, learning to know and understand all of the benefits of this wonderful sales tool.

A must have for any small to medium business. The user interface  is uncomplicated and easy to use.
