In my current job role, i have used salesforce app for assigning and tracking cases by our call center and business analysts. It has been almost 4 years since I am using this application and found very helpful and easy. As far as cost wise, I think its bit expensive than other cloud apps. Our company is moving towards new app which is cheaper and have more functionality as compared to salesforce. Overall I give 4 stars to this application.

Pros

It's an easy tool for tracking and maintaining employees data.

Cons

Not very user-friendly and also it's expensive as compared to other cloud-based apps.

Salesforce - Best CRM

Pros

- So much out of the box functionalities to manage everything within one single world - Lots of customizable options available, i.e. one can customize the Salesforce environment per their own use case/business model - Really good customer support - Integrations available with almost any 3rd party platforms

Cons

- Sometimes features take a long time to get released, but I understand given the volume of requests Salesforce gets its totally understandable.
