Pros

It integrates seamless with other SAP solutions; so for a corporate and big companys, probably it's the best robust, reliable, compliance solution.
The sales quote and sales order functions are intuitive and help sales people create deals that they can close. The mobile app is a fantastic addition to the usefulness of the software.
Overall, the system is a good value for the money. It is a favorite amongst my colleagues and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the decision making process.

Pros

The same was good and is recommended for usage to all procurement requirements.
Everything's is good for daily uses , invoice upload , download the data and approval process is good.
I like how easy and fast it was to implement this software so it's one of the tools I recommended to others including our clients.

Cons

There are a few drawbacks with SAP business one, such as the standard reports are quite rigid and ugly.
No payrolling, you need to maintain the business process integration between the two products. Lack flexibility to choose the modules or functions you want.
Partners need to be well vetted as bad projects and consultants can hold you back. Software can be slow if badly customised, processes are poor or data model is wrong.

Cons

That when you load any page it refreshes again and all the info gets lost.
Lack of Vendor Management Metrics, Inventory Classification, Spend Analytics.
This is very slow software, it takes long time to process any request. Maping part is bit complicated and sometime fails to map correctly.

Very Good Software. Value for Money. For Mid Sized organization like ours, we were not able to affors Netsuite or SAP B1 and this software has given real value for money. Streamlined our complete procurement function

Cons

Initially, some of the feature were missing, however, was able to customized quickly as per our requirement

It is quick & effective solution for as is where is basis. However the more we make it complicated, the more it creates problem.

Pros

Simple, easy to use software. Fast implementation. Good customer support service.

Cons

Customisation cost is too high, time consuming and slow. Team cannot keep pace with the ever growing business requirements. Some simple to use things are made complicated like mapping of Location and Departments to users in masters. It is too time consuming to change even if one user mapping has to change.

Overall it removes the need for manual processing with automating it in one platform.

Pros

Easy to use and has a cloud based inventory. It also provides a lot of flexibility in customization of features.

Cons

Nothing major but some business intelligence would have been better. However, it provides all reports which are usually required.
