Nice scheduling/appointment booking software to use for a business!
I noticed a lot of businesses use this software and how clean and user-friendly the interface was so I signed up to see if clients can reserve a time without needing to email me to schedule a time. It was so easy and a breeze to get it done!
It only serves to reserve an appointment but it would be nice to include some files of each customer attached to each appointment in the platform but I'm just being nitpicky here

It helps save time in scheduling for the patient and practitioner.
This application is convenient to schedule appointments as the practitioner cannot be available to answer and return calls.
Have to manipulate the bed selections when scheduling appointments, however, this may be due to the set up at the facility.

Ease of use for scheduling as a budding business
Long after we cancelled somehow new clients were able to book and showed up for appointments they didnt have or schedule

It's easy to use, offers all the basic necessities at no charge, and offers plenty of flexibility for customization of your account. While you do pay a bit more when you need to pay for an add-on, you get so much with it for free that it's really worth more to pay for those add-ons than to pay for another scheduling software.
It offers the main things that a wellness pro is looking for in a scheduling software without forcing you to buy it. It's easy to sign up and get started.
When you do need to pay for an add-on, it is a bit more expensive than other scheduling softwares.

Disappointed with this change on the customer side.
I used to like the ease of scheduling to see my son's barber.
Now its asking to keep a credit card on file and to input address. We didnt have to do any of this before. I am very uncomfortable with putting this information in. It should go back to not requiring payment info or at least integrate with PayPal.
Hello, If your personal info had been included in the review, I would have reached out personally with a response. Your dissatisfaction with having to enter credit card info in order to schedule an appointment is a configuration that was decided by that particular business. We offer these types of settings so that businesses can decide how they wish to secure their appointments. The scheduling functionality is best when used by one individual user. Easy enough to learn.
Difficult to utilize it with multiple users or accounts. The users all have edit access to every customer on the schedule which leads to security risks.

It has been great since I first started using it in 2013
Very simple and easy to use. Also besides scheduling I can send out newsletters and set up classes
There really aren't any cons. It was cheaper until this year and I don't need to use all the features so I wish there were different price tiers.

Multi-location, Square POS integration, Admin view ease of use between employees.
Ease of use, navigation within both mobile and desktop views, has all the features needed in a sophisticated appointment software. Is scalable and fits a variety of business models. Integrates well with Square and Stripe POS.
Small feature functionality tweaks needed such as appointment requests vs simply scheduling time. Gift card with Stripe users process could be easier, however integration with Square gift cards is simple.

I believe that it is a great product I think they just need to fix some of the features but I don’t know whether or not that was because it was a trial basis. Software looks really nice is very easy to set up scheduling however if they can just add a feature for special scheduling it would be an awesome product.
it is very easy to use is very easy to set up your scheduling an appointment so I thought that was very good about the software. The aesthetics are very seamless and you can tell that the developers definitely kept in mind the end-user when setting up appointments at all levels.
It is a wonderful product I believe that it is not very useful for individuals who have fluctuating schedules. I’m not sure if this was just a limited platform when completing the trial but it would be nice to kind of see that because not everyone is able to schedule the same time every day.

See my pros above. Online scheduling is the way of the future. As a client, I don't always have time to call during business hours to schedule appointments.
On the client end, my clients can book appointments any time of day or night from their phones or PC. I love requiring clients to leave a credit card for booking. This has all but eliminated my no-shows. Also love that my employees can check and adjust their schedules and re-book clients easily.
Somewhat glitchy at times. I don't like that I can't make certain services available on select days only.

Every day laid out for me just how I wanted, no confusion, immediate notifications. Can't ask for more.
SO easy to use, everything is laid out simply and thoughtfully. They clearly gear their product to their appropriate audience and that is much appreciated. When I worked in the beauty industry, all I wanted was to deal with my clients, not spend time on over complicated apps or scheduling software. Schedulicity allowed me to do just that.
The problem is not with THIS software, the problem is with the over abundance of salon and spa scheduling software. There are literally hundreds to choose from and no real industry staple. My vote for the standard is indeed, Schedulicity.

The ease of use of this product is great. Booking and rebooking appointments is simple. Searching for services I need is simple. My hairdresser uses this and it makes scheduling very easy.

Schedulicity is great for me because I run classes out of my house and don't want to spend a lot on scheduling software. I can take payment, apply pass and create packages.
The software is appointment focused and I wish there would be more focus on making the class and workshop options the main focus.

I have loved using Schedulicity. It's simple and convenient.
I love this platform because my patients and I all find it easy to use. It's been wonderful having my patients schedule online versus calling me directly.
There are really no disadvantages to this software. If I decide to start doing all of my patient files electronically, then I may need to find an alternate platform, since Schedulicity is merely for scheduling, and not a full mental health/healthcare platform.

This is a very simple software used by my haircut salon. It is very straight forward and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend it to other companies that are wanting to simplify their scheduling processes for their customers.
I don't like how when you want to go back to change a part of your appointment Schedulicity will sometimes erase all of the appointment details. This would be a super great thing to fix that would make this software easier for the user.

Being able to integrate payments as well as link it so seamlessly to my website has been wonderful
Acuity is easy to use and most questions I have had have been answered easily. I like the option to set up recurring payments as well as the ability to "hide" certain things, but link them to my website, such as workshops or private sessions. This has been the easiest scheduling software I have used to date. I have worked with Mind Body and Vagaro as well as Schedulicity. I love the fact that it is easy to use and has everything I need in one place. It's amazing!
I wish this software came with the option of an app for customers on Android or Apple I feel like it would be nice for clients to set up appointments through the use of their own app if they felt like they wanted to do that.

This program has lots of good features and I probably would use it if I was really desperate, as it seems to be a few steps closer to what I need compared to Schedulicity/Schedulista/Schedul/Flexbooker/and others I trialed with. Good for businesses who don't need to keep any personal info for their clients. I'm surprised that it markets itself for health care use (see cons), but I could see it being very useful for beauty salons, auto shops..or pretty much anywhere that you just need to give your customers an easy platform to book online. Seems to have the exact same customer service setup as the programs I'd previously mentioned, so I have a suspicion that they're all made by the same developer.
Should not be used in a professional health care setting, as it doesn't have the required features for you... doesn't have the capability to enter details like DOB, health card info, insurance info, address, etc. It also doesn't have adequate intake forms and SOAP notes, and no capability to upload your own. I REALLY do not recommend this product for ANY doctor or ANY type unless you are planning on using another program to store all your patient data and notes. This program has strong online booking features but that's essentially all these programs are excelling at.
