Don't price me out of the software. it appears you guys keep finding different ways of Add more charges. As of now the software is valuable but keep upping the prices and you know someone with a small business like mine will have to find services elsewhere. My current monthly spend is $455 right now with you guys.

This software makes scheduling easy and reliable with text sent to customers about appointments is a great way to catch the customers that need an extra reminder or two about their appointments.

Cons

Occasionally the schedule will switch back to the current day when looking at future appointments.

Easy scheduling for my clients

Pros

You can change your times and appointments so easily! The choice to charge a cancellation fee it a great option to have!

Cons

The app on the iphone is horrible, never lets me view the schedule. It shuts out of the app, before even logging into my account.

It took a little longer than expected to bring across all of my contacts from Fullslate, but the customer service department kept me informed on the time line and reasons for the delay. By the way, it was an issue on Fullslates side.

It is easy for my clients to chose a practitioner and location. other products were not as easy.

Just What We Needed!

We were looking for a scheduling program that would help us manage our photography business.

Pros

Our ability to share it with the team and create individual calendars made this the perfect tool for us.

Cons

The only thing we hope they improve is the ability for each photographer to be sent a reminder about their upcoming event several days in advance then again the day before.

Amazing Family

My mother in law and I were setting up an account for her company. The MyTime team walked us through everything and made sure we understood everything they offered. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help and we never felt like they were trying to sell anything. They just wanted to make our lives easier, which they did. They just really went above and beyond with their customer service.

I love the way it reaches out to our clients and asks for a review. Those reviews help so much in social media

Cons

I wish there was more room to add customer information. Currently it shows up as NOTES with the full length showing up by their appointment. I wish it would stay more with the client info, so I can look up and add as needed

A few clients have managed to make mistakes in scheduling but it is rare.

Pros

My Time lets my clients schedule quickly without phone tag.

Cons

The software is great. My only critical remark is they don't email statements to me when they take payment from me. And their website could be more user friendly- such as an easier to find log-in button on the front page.

App: We have tried several different scheduling software options only to find that none of them could form to what we need for our home based business or they didn't have a mobile app to use on the go.

Pros

App runs pretty quickly for scheduling. Reschedule button, quick call and mapping at the touch of a button.

Cons

I would love a widget to see my calendar at a glance (they said they are in the process of creating this) and It would be awesome to color coordinate appointments by type and color coordinate blocked out time.

The Best Scheduling App

What I liked most is that not only you can schedule your appointments, but you also get reports on the appointments and revenue, which is very helpful.

Cons

The only downside is that there is only a daily preview of the calendar and you can't get a whole view of the entire day, but you need to scroll up and down the app.

Very impressed with this suite of practice tools - online appointments and payments, full POS with direct deposit, keeps your practice profile updated on 150 websites (yelp, google, facebook, etc), email and text message reminders, practice marketing, inventory management, online reputation manager, lots more.

Easily the most powerful, advanced and comprehensive practice management and scheduling service I have seen.

Significantly reduces administrative time, so I can spend more of my time making money and taking care of my clients.

Pros

MyTime isn't just scheduling; it takes care of all things related to managing a company, including employee time sheets, customer communications, online marketing, and sales tracking.

Cons

Would be nice to make notes per session and client, rather than one long list of notes per client. As a small start-up, cost is our biggest barrier to entry; it's about twice that of some of the competitors. I recognize that all the services it address likely makes this worthwhile, however, and we'll keep an eye on this product as part of our growth model.
