Pros

The customer service's willingness to have conversations about features that are not currently offered and work towards current solutions to find what can and will work has been outstanding.
Awesome app makes managing from my phone a breeze. Very affordable pricing and solid free service.
It was a great tool for my business at the time. I went from MindBody to Schedulicity and LOVED the price difference.

Pros

I love the way you can customize your subscription to meet whatever needs you have in your space. The site and app are easy to navigate and I love all of the reports that are available to me.
This has been the first program that I used to start my business with, and it is super user friendly for any beginner business owner and current to keep track on your progress.
Clients love how easy it is to book appointments online. Love how you can customize confirmation notifications for clients.

Cons

Clients found it confusing at first based on our previous system. We switched because of the added costs and lack of integration with our calendar.
I blame this mostly on my own personal inability to figure out my time schedules, though.
And the historical aspects don't show up. It's been a struggle to figure out and I have quit using it for anything other than making a payment.

Cons

I had some trouble refreshing the page and getting linked to another site. There was a lot of advertisement for other companies, so I also got distracted at times.
Needs Apple Pay support desperately, especially in this era of COVID-19, this is a glaring omission.
Switched to Vagaro from Booker and I hate it but I’m trapped.

it was a great tool for my business at the time. I went from MindBody to Schedulicity and LOVED the price difference. I need more from it so have moved on to Vagaro

I liked that it was cheap but need more functions

it is pretty limited to what you can do. I like notes, uploading, pictures of my clients

Overall, after the learning curve, I really like Vagaro better than I did Schedulicity

Pros

With this software you have everything in on spot. I liked to option of adding forms to my subscription. This option lets you make custom forms for your business that integrate right with the software.

Cons

The thing I liked least is that when you click on a client in calendar mode that there is not an option to go to the clients profile.

I tell other business owners about Vagaro when they are choosing between square, vagaro, and schedulicity. I've used all three at prior business' and Vagaro makes the most sense when running a small business to have everything in one place; inventory, spreadsheets for taxes, back bar, marketing, etc. Totally worth every penny

Clunky Usage, Merchant Processing is Terrible

I stopped using Vagaro because compared to other scheduling systems like Schedulicity and Style Seat, it was clunky and complicated. I also had major issues with the credit card processing company and the million third parties they use to process their charges. I spent about 3 hours on the phone just trying to cancel the $56.95 I was expected to pay monthly. Utterly frustrating and ridiculous.

Great customer service, always pleasant and helpful while on the phone. Switched over to vagaro from schedulicity and already so much happier with the decision. Vagaro can grow with you and your business. Its an all in one service, you can't beat the price so much more affordable then a lot of other spa software out there. You wont be disappointed, make sure you take advantage of the one month free trail.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. I was told 10 DAYS ago by rep he would get back to me next day....10 DAYS AGO! Won't return phone calls or emails. My customer memberships are AUTO renewing and we don't do that, in 15 years we have NEVER auto renewed and in the last month, it has started automatically doing that and I have a LOT of customers. Vagaro won't respond. My customers HATE it. I used Schedulicity before and never had problems, if it wasn't for the payroll function, I would DEFINITELY not stay with this company.
