It was very easy to used while my Salon was using it, and it made scheduling very easy and convenient!
The interface could have been a little more streamlined in terms of graphic design - this may have improved since I last used it.

It's easy to use, offers all the basic necessities at no charge, and offers plenty of flexibility for customization of your account. While you do pay a bit more when you need to pay for an add-on, you get so much with it for free that it's really worth more to pay for those add-ons than to pay for another scheduling software.
It offers the main things that a wellness pro is looking for in a scheduling software without forcing you to buy it. It's easy to sign up and get started.
When you do need to pay for an add-on, it is a bit more expensive than other scheduling softwares.

Best customer service! My concerns have always been addressed almost immediately and when I have made suggestions, I generally see them addressed in the next update. This program constantly updates to help work smarter and faster for its users! Great price and friendly, helpful agents!
Easy to use and help is live, at my finger tips during business hours.
Would like more flexibility in reports. But I am sure that's coming!

I'm not actually a user of this software - I was just helping a friend with getting some data out of her account. Unlike my current scheduling software which only has very slow email support, I was connected with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who walked me through getting all the data out the my friend needed. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was courteous, prompt and very helpful!
Customer support is amazing! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was super helpful!
I don't actually use the software currently, so don't know of any cons

Basic reminders for appointments enable us to use our staff's time wisely and maintain a current and accurate schedule.
Simple entry process and end-user can understand details of appointments easily. Even when we don't want the end-user to reply to the text, alternative directions are fairly simple to give.
For what I'm looking for, all necessities are met with allowing for simple entry of data and to the point instructions for end-user.

It is very limited compared to other web based salon schedulers. It is expensive without warrant, and now they limit you to only 26 appointments per month, along with clients scheduling appointments that don't even show up on our end. I've been with them for 8 years, and Im happy to see that there are more options, that are priced right, and offer superior features.

The benefits so far has been great. The biggest thing we were looking for was ease of use.
I found schedulicity software to be user friendly. I do like the interface as it is not outdated. It is better than Style seat in my option. It integrated well with the business website.
I think the customer service could be a little better, not hat they were terrible. Just faster Reponses.

It makes appointment setting and cancellation easy, even for a team with multiple practitioners. Its interface is very user-friendly. It keeps past appointment information.

The ease of use of this product is great. Booking and rebooking appointments is simple. Searching for services I need is simple. My hairdresser uses this and it makes scheduling very easy.
I do not have a dislike about this software.

I like how easy it is to be able to schedule appointments with a variety of providers. It really is helpful that multiple providers use it.
The main problem that I have is wiht the app on IOS, it seems to run slow. I don't know if it is an issue with my phone, but it seems like everytime I try to schedule on my phone, it takes forever and I give up. Usually I do it through the computer.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a general inquiry to which they replied within a few hours *on a Saturday.* They helped me look into a handful of options, which was well beyond the scope of their work or what I would have expected. I was very impressed by this and in the future will absolutely recommend them to friends.

The scheduling functionality is best when used by one individual user. Easy enough to learn.
Difficult to utilize it with multiple users or accounts. The users all have edit access to every customer on the schedule which leads to security risks.

Very user friendly system. The feature I like best is that previous appointments populate in account and its gives you the opportunity to rebook with person you last saw!
Not many places in my area use this software which is a bit frustrating at times otherwise, it's great.

Nice scheduling/appointment booking software to use for a business!
I noticed a lot of businesses use this software and how clean and user-friendly the interface was so I signed up to see if clients can reserve a time without needing to email me to schedule a time. It was so easy and a breeze to get it done!
It only serves to reserve an appointment but it would be nice to include some files of each customer attached to each appointment in the platform but I'm just being nitpicky here
