Pros

I very much like the fact that with the help of the Zendesk integration we can achieve a comprehensive and comprehensible evaluation of the interactions of our agents.
Thank you for creating Scorebuddy and thank you for letting me and my team achieve operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.
Scorebuddy is a great tool, providing solid interface for quality purposes. It is very easy to work with and make adjustments.

Pros

I like the ease of use with QC and it has end to end traceability. It is fast and reliable.
Rich UI with good user experience. Ease to track an application history.
The nice part is the responsive Web view of the HPE ALM which allows the tester or developer to just right click and perform the tasks.

Cons

No integration with our CSM, though they offer integration with other systems.
Some of the requested reports are coming out with a slight delay in time.
I have always found it very straughtforward to use with no difficulties running reports etc.

Cons

In our company we use test case for run and defect.
That is the only feature that I find a little awkward to use.
There was some time lag in response. Desktop Client has some issue on windows platform.
