I am with an account manager that is on top of it and takes care of me, that is half the battle. Easy to set up a registration and easy to get help from the support team. I highly recommend looking into a different and more reliable resource if you are sourcing registration portals, top 2 would be CVENT and Salesforce which are also more user friendly and customizable.

Finding something to put here is pretty difficult. A very small negative was that when trying to find something very specific I wanted to do, but had a little trouble locating.

We have not yet found anything to dislike about GoToWebinar. We had one viewer who had trouble getting connected but that was an isolated incident. Our company loves this because most of our officers are home based so it give us the ability to stay on top of our game in the industry without leaving the comfort of our homes.
