I started off with a good experience. The sells man gave me some free credits. As you do the steps in there portal you gain more credits. 
Where this went wrong was that the company screwed up by giving me more credits then I paid for. I misunderstood how many credits I  was getting. Once they realized there mistake they took all credits. With out any warning! I looked into my account and saw them all gone. I reached out for help and they did, only by admitting there fault but not feeling like they should kick some back since it gave me false hope.

Overall, I have had a great experience with SendJim. We have taken a break from using it for a few months now but plan on starting it back up in the new year! There is so much potential for growth in our company with this tool. So far we have been able to target ideal clients with a postcard series. The postcards are very high-quality. I wonder if the 8.5x11 letters would work for your company. Those are fully editable with your company logo on the header. Great to micro-target your demographic

If there are ever any addresses you are unable to mail to, please message us in our chat so we can update that area for you. Usually, that process takes 5 minutes and then you can mail to that entire area. Also, for brand new neighborhoods, we recommend using the new Every Door Direct Mail through SendJim feature that allows you to mail to every address on a postal route for a huge discount. We will print, bundle, and deliver your cards to the local post office so you don't have to. We do recommend scheduling out urgent targeted postcards by 1 week- 1.5 weeks ahead of time so it gives the USPS enough time to deliver your post cards, especially around the holidays. Our typical delivery time to the USPS is within 1 business day from the order date. If you ever have any questions, please reach out!

The new postcard editor we launched in July should allow for easier editing on an iPad, but if not, let me know and I can have our development team take a look at what could be improved for that. As for the cost of sending, our team would be happy to take a look at your account and see if you qualify for a volume discount. Our current plans include credits to send items every month that rollover and no membership fee.

Great User Friendly Platform!

Earlier this summer, SendJim released an update of Editable Postcards that allows for a lot more freedom in where you can place text, photos, etc on the front and back of your postcards. That update also included a lot more font and formatting options that you can use, as well as a new postcard size, 6x11. Great program to help automate tasks in your business

While we can't always control why the USPS decides to return any First Class mail they deem undeliverable, we're always happy to help you investigate why something was deemed undeliverable and issue a refund for mailings that might have been due to an error in our software. Also, we recommend checking out Every Door Direct Mail through SendJim to send out mass amounts of large cards to every house on a postal route without any returns. We'd be happy to show you how it works if you'd like. Just email us or start a chat on our website. 

It is great for picking up new customers when need.  It's a feature where we know we are going to get "x" amount of calls on each order of postcards.

Set it and forget it

Getting your first designs ready to send out in the beginning can be a hurdle, but we now have a full-time graphic designer who can make unique and editable postcard designs for your company. Plus, she uploads them into your account so they are ready to use immediately.
