Pros

Setster has been very easy to use and helps with scheduling and organizing my day. I like that I can confirm and cancel my appointments with ease.
Setster is a great way to keep track of your appointments. It's a great tool to have for any company.
Sester is nice because it integrates with Outlook well and is very helpful when scheduling appointments for clients.

Pros

I love the ease of navigating through this software. It’s very user friendly and if I have questions I can call and get friendly customer service.
It’s good for keeping your business up and running. CRM is very nice and the mobile app is convenient.
Its a clean design and offers me all I need at a good price point. I've been a customer for 5 years and I really want to keep using them but I just can't afford to be down as often as I am.

Cons

At times I get error messages for no reason. When an appt is cancelled in stays on my schedule in red.
I must first complete the sign ups for event A, before I can begin the sign ups for event B. This occasionally results in a loss of sign-ups, or confusion for the people registering for an event.
The fact that an automatic confirmation is sent is confusing to clients as they perceive it as a direct invitation to the meeting between the lead and the vendor.

Cons

THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As I said they are the life blood of my business but this is the 3rd time in less than 2 years my pop up is not working and neither is the scheduler.
Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service.
The limitation with the PayPal automation, as I cannot specify which service I am automating in zapier. The layout of the emails coming from the platform with coding, doesn't look very high level.
