Pros

On top of offering a great ticketing solution, Showare provides outstanding customer service.
We were the very first customer of ShoWare so we have seen the product/software grow since 2004. The ease of use has reached a wonderful level.
Their ability to think outside the box and build custom solutions for my facility has been amazing.

Pros

We use ticket leap for all our VIP ticketing and have had great success. It's a great service we recommend to all.
We have used this for several clients and really love it as we do annual events and it easy to duplicate an event when you do it year after year.
Easy, User friendly & Beautiful Event Management System.

Cons

ShoWare generates reports on ticket sales etc, but that isn't integrated into our other databases. We struggle managing that data, but that isn't exactly a limitation of the software.
As with most systems, the inability to change the delivery method on a completed order and not being able to do a partial refund seamlessly can be a bit of a burden.
We have been using accesso ShoWare for over 8 years and have yet to run into any major obstacles.

Cons

I don't recall having any particular complaints.
Difficult to do reservations that are paid at the door.
They told us they would now be paying us after our event takes places which means we had to cancel it as the venue requires payment up front.
