Pros

Overall I have found SoGo to be an easy to use and reliable product with a very attractive price. They are by far more responsive than any of the other companies I've used.
It was very easy to use. It had a lot of great features in the free version, but I'm interested in upgrading for some of the more advanced features.
I absolutely love the customer support, i have never gotten such good and quick help from customer support in other survey platforms.

Pros

I love the look of it, it sure is inviting. The app is user-friendly and I love the gifs (they are funny).
The team love a GIF at the best of times so the GIPHY integration is a lovely touch, allows for some cheeky personalisation and adds a lightness to the praise.
I like the mobility of praising colleagues, and rewarding them on a digital platform that's closed to the company.

Cons

Although SoGoSurvey also has the same problem, but i discovered that if we use Radio rating button instead, we can actually assign reverse rating score to negative questions.
It's just so easy to use an access that I have never had any real problems that weren't due to user error.
The software did have errors occasionally, whether it seemed to be programming related or server related.

Cons

I have no frustration to date. This survey is frustrating me though by forcing more text.
I cant say that i have found anything that i dislike about the software as yet.
This is always odd when someone gave a hi5 on 31st of the month and you only see it on 1st of the new month.
