Without Pipedrive Our Business Would Fail

Using Pipedrive to track our leads has taken our business to the next level. As a digital agency, remembering to follow up with clients and nurture leads is the only way to grow your revenue. The old fashion way of just letting emails sit in our inbox wasn't working. We needed something to help us out. A recommendation from a fellow marketer led us to try out Pipedrive and we closed a new deal that week! The integrations with Zapier and Drip are also amazing for automating some of the work.

Pros

Solving core probably of letting leads fall through the cracks.

Cons

Some templates could be useful for people trying to work out what their process is.

I can't live without it!

Pros

Easy to use, you win time, easy control over your sales team, a big help for everyone. It's very intuitive and after 48 hours use you can't live without it.

Cons

When we think that Pipedrive should have this or other option available, finally we find it solved, so we have not bad experiences, and not suggestion for the moment.

The problems that pipedrive solves is being about to find a claim very easy and it helps when patients are constantly calling.

Pros

The feature that i like the most about this software is the seach bar. I can type in an authorization number or a patient's name and all of the information will pop up.

Cons

The feature i like least about this software is the rotten stage where the claim turns red.

Awesome Product!

Pros

So easy, keeps my sales life organized so I never forget a thing. Best of all, my boss can keep track of what I'm up to. Pipedrive is also great because it integrates well with other programs.

Cons

I often create a deal in Pipedrive when I have a prospect, long before I need to write a proposal. To solve the problem I use the merge function.

Beast for Productivity

The graphics and the format are simply great features of this type of crm apps, I love the way it helped me and my team out of spreadsheets.

Pros

I don't have to switch to microsoft office for my needs, everything is made for me by it. It has a very nice interface and I have used it along with other crm's used by my company.We can find all things easily by Pipedrive. Format and graphics are a great plus which help you do things faster.

Cons

A small amount of time should be given to solving of problems of premium users.

I do a lot of outside networking and marketing as a chiropractor and it helps solve my organizational needs.

Cons

I do not have many bad things to say about the software. It may take the user time to understand how to use it but aside from that its pretty simple.

Amazing for workflow

Biggest problem Pipedrive has solved for me would be the organization this program provides.

Pros

This software is one of the most user-friendly programs I use. I have a massive amount of tasks and jobs that are constantly changing and progressing. With Pipedrive I am able to keep all these organized and on task. This is by far my number one program I use and go to daily.

Cons

I have some issues with the auto fill drop down menus. Sometimes in filling in dates the drop down will try to auto fill and block the actual calendar to select the date. I also have this problem with selecting a State.

Great CRM!

I had a few questions, and real people solved my issues.

Cons

The Pipedrive app on my tablet won't work horizontally, so I can't use my attached keyboard with it. Tech support is so awesome that I know they'll be all over this immediately and fix it. :)

Excellent out of the box sales acceleration

Pros

Every question i needed answers for was super easy to get solved using online FAQ and videos, way better than any other software vendor i have seen in this area.

Cons

I have yet to find anything i dont like about the product or the vendor. Only areas of product development i would love to say would be custom reports i can build showing the volume of different activities in a month or quarter against a target, for example calls or meetings. However, it may be this exists and i haven't found it yet.

work out what you need - if you want a totally complex enterprise platform, maybe salesforce are your guys. but if you want to do pipeline management and accelerate sales execution then i recommend pipedrive highly.
