One of our clients had a small store that generally served local members of the area. She explained what she wanted to us and we searched for solutions online to meet Sparkage. Sparkage is relatively less known so we are a little sceptical before implementing it but as we have experienced Sparkage - I and my colleagues highly recommend Sparkage.
Their User Interface(UI) is simple and intuitive. Due to their simple and intuitive UI, it's easy to just start using it. Customers can easily see the status of their rewards and customers can also choose to redeem the point as a reward is met or they can save them up for bigger rewards. Another great thing about Sparkage is the ability to send kit notifications to customers. Their customer service is also great. They solve any problems that come in the way.
My client hasn't reported anything bad with Sparkage yet and thus I don't have any "cons" of Spakage right now.
