This has been great for our pest control. Its saved us so much money and time. Making our service super efficient.
Using this software has decreased the amount of paperwork we were using. Plus we can book in next appointments whilst on site and the scheduler allows us to move, change booked in appointments.
Can't always easily find work orders that have been cancelled or skipped would be better if you got an alert for this.

Overall field routes is as good of a service software as we have seen. Many features could be added to improve.
The monthly billing feature is the primary reason we utilize this software.
Scheduling in field routes is extremely cumbersome. Appointments get lost in the “ether” if you are not careful.

It's been a bit of a headache to get it figured out, but overall it does help keep things running smoothly from the office. The workers using the mobile app have the most trouble.
I like being able to schedule appointments and then when completed, they make automatic invoices for me.
The time clock on the mobile app, as well as a lot about the app. I feel it should be more easily used like the website is. The reset for the "sent" feature on the invoices is frustrating because it throws things off. The fact of setting it up to quickbooks is a headache and next to impossible it seemed. A lot of it is done manually because the software doesn't organize things as well as I think it could.

Our experience with ServSuite has been overall positive. Our biggest complaint is that we access the program through the internet and find that it can take excessive times to load certain things within the program. The system often seems bogged down and slow loading, especially so within the scheduler. Appointments are easily accidentally grabbed and moved to a different time/date. Typing notes within the scheduler can at times be very delayed. I only find these things to be an issue within the ServSuite program and not any other internet use.

Field routes saves us time, money, and allows us to be better prepared for each day. With the ability to save extensive customer notes, no details are lost and we are able to provide high-quality services to our customers.
Like any big change for a small business, switching to Field Routes was a large undertaking for our team. However, once we had things in place, it has helped us grow and succeed in ways we didn't think were possible. Working in a rural area, it is extremely helpful to be able to view and schedule appointments in a map view. We have saved hundreds of dollars in fuel costs, and we have helped our technicians be more productive. Realtime views of the technicians day has helped us to better schedule for their capabilities. There are many excellent reports that have helped us track and monitor our growth which has been both encouraging and challenging.
According to our technicians there are a few lags with the app software. Often the technicians will find error codes and not be able to complete their work. While this is a frustration, Field Routes has always responded to our concern quickly.

The customer service has largely been responsive, kind, and they really do seem to care that we're able to be educated on how to use FieldRoutes as well as making sure we're in a position to being doing it correctly. The time it took us to implement was extremely frustrating - we signed on in mid/late January and didn't go live until June 15th of this year. And even when we did start, it felt like...
Routing, dispatching, and scheduling have been great. The real time data and tools on the dashboard are extremely helpful to see how productive your company is and how your business is doing on the top line.
We've had a pretty difficult time adjusting things that we need in order to report to clients and to counties on the work we do. This software feels often like we've fit a square peg in a round hole, but it works for us. The thing that is the most frustrating to me is how this software still seems totally built for pestcontrol businesses, and if you aren't in that category, you seem to have to make...
