It is a major time saver
I love how easy it is to compile a proposal and to insert photos of the desired products. It comes over as very professional. The main thing is it save so much time so you have opportunities to get more events!
Fonts, Creating sections for instance: Personal flowers, Ceremony flowers, Reception Flowers, Services. make some words in bold or cursive

Saves time creating proposals and ordering flowers.
I love the approvals, contracts and ordering. It is easy to set up and creating lovely detailed proposals is a breeze.
I wish more progress or updates had been made with payments in Canada. I gave value for money a low rating based on this as I am in Canada and not able to take payments. I also wish there was more function and information on the accounting side. If there was an integration with quickbooks online that would be amazing.
Thank you Shannon! WePay is up and running for Canada! Also check out the new collage mood board feature. Resize, drag and drop to organize, layer over or under, resize! Thanks for choosing Ularas!

We have very happy with Curate. It has help my business so much.
It is great to use on a daily basis for proposals, ordering flowers and recipes.
Sometimes it runs a bit slow. The products or pictures do not always upload for my recipes or products.

We’ve been using this since 2016 and it’s been a wonderful investment for us! We highly recommend this for any florist looking for a program! Helps save time and costs! Who couldnt love that!
The ease of proposal making. The library of photos and flowers. Beautiful complete proposals
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It has been a great investment
Thank you so much!! We absolutely love that we're making a difference in Memory of Elegance!

New to the program - signed up in October. I am also new to the floral industry so I am a good "test" subject! I like the software overall but there still things that could be added to make it much more user-friendly.... A few examples are... 1. Integrate with QB - I have to double enter any payments made from a Steam counter invoice into QB in order to account for sales properly. 2. Would like...
Love the ease of totally arrangement costs once you have a solid "master list" of flowers.
The inability to integrate with Quickbooks.
Thanks for the feedback Rachel! We have a few of these pieces of functionality being built out in the next month. Clients can currently sign via their mobile device, but I'll shoot you a message to let you know!

IT MAKES SENDING PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTS VERY EASY.
THE PRODUCT IS HELPFUL AND EASY TO MAKE A CONTRACT. IT GIVES OUR PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTS A VERY PROFESSIONAL FEEL. ONCE WE SET UP THE TEMPLATES IT CUT OUR TIME DRAFTING CONTRACTS AND PROPOSALS SIGNIFICANTLY.
NOT TOO MUCH FUNCTIONALITY BEYOND THAT. IMPUTING FLOWERS WOULD TAKE TOO LONG ALONG WITH OTHER INVENTORY.
Hello Sunny, Thank you for your review and comments. I would love to have you attend some more training sessions with me... sounds like we have layers of functionality yet to explore! And customizing the flower library... yes, it does take some time but ultimately makes to the penny margin management possible and highly valuable. Are you using the export/import tool to minimize the data entry time? I'll email and see if we can set up some time to work through some of your concerns! And please! Anytime your experience a glitch, email me immediately! We are very responsive to client concerns and unless you tell me what's not working properly for you, I can't fix it. Please reach out anytime. I am readily available!

Oh gosh, stress reduction, contract exchange was way faster and easier, ordering was more accurate, less waste, faster ordering for recipes....I needed way less coffee. I mean I still drank the same amount, buuut I didn't neeeeed it
I love the ease of use, contract integration and recipe sections. Saving recipes, exact stem counts, price integration with Mayesh....guys. If you work in the floral industry, you NEED this software. If you need help there is live customer support. It is real true support. They're very personable and kind. They know the industry; they're immersed in it, and they clearly love it. I can't say enough
If I was to nitpick, I'd love to be able to upload photos of recipes, flowers and my own hard goods.
Hey Gene! We've been so happy to have you with us and are glad we could help make life easy enough for you not to *need* as much coffee. Wanted to quickly add that you actually can upload photos of recipes (whether that's a photo of a mock up you did or an inspiration piece from Pinterest), and add your own photos to your flowers, hardgoods, and rentals, and then pull that into the proposal too. You can even use the Mayesh floral photo library to help you get started with the photos of individual flowers. :)

Our switch to Stemcounter has been a massive and slightly daunting undertaking. During this switch, our staff of designers (not the most computer saavy) has received top level support from Ryan. Every single issue on our side and theirs has been remedied quickly and effectively. He's even been open to suggestions on how to improve the program. That't not all! We've been using the program during our consultations and it has taken the guesswork out of pricing and ordering. We're expecting less wasted time & product (which means more profit) when we are 100% switched. Who wouldn't love that?
-Amazing tech support -Amalgamation of flowers through multiple events to prevent over-ordering -Easy to follow recipes -Individual rental and hard goods lists for each couple
Some bugs, all of which have been attended to. We got on early, so it was expected.... so it's not really a con.
Thanks Brandi! The Floral Fixx has such a sharp team of youthful designers who have helped drive the product tremendously!

LOVE IT! Great customer service whenever I have questions or worries or anything!!!!
I love that Curate enables us to really streamline the process from proposal to ordering flowers for weddings! It has made our quality of work improve and our profit margins too!!!!!
I don't like that the software does not notify us of past due payments. We previously used honeybook which would send us email notifications and we've had a few weddings recently where we have had to follow up after the wedding for payments because it was overlooked. As a very busy business it is a bit annoying to have to add reminders for myself to check on payments because for years I was relying on a software to do this for me but now I am having to set reminders to ensure this is not happening so that is a bit of a bummer that such a great software does not have this capability and has added more work for me. Luckily it has reduced my workload in all the other areas though so it is still definitely worth it!!!

I love Curate and would highly recommend it to anyone!
There are so many things I love: 1. Curate allows me to give clients a professional proposal 2. It helps me keep track of each event and not get my clients mixed up! 3. If I need to change things for a client - it is easy!
It's a little hard to manage my library of flowers and remember which ones I like to use. Maybe I just don't know how to manage this correctly.

This software has helped streamline my business in several areas including writing proposals and recipes, to ordering. I used to spend hours completing these tasks and Curate has significantly reduced the amount of time I spend on those alone. Time is money, as they say and the time saved through this software is where the biggest value comes into play. Curate is easy to use, has terrific customer support and has simplified my POS process as customers are able to electronically sign the contract and make a payment using their cell phone, iPad or computer. Curate continually seeks to add features that make my job easier.
I like that everything is integrated to streamline my business processes. Being able to integrate the library of flowers into my proposals through recipe building while simultaneously creating an order list, event breakdown and cost analysis.
This software is not 100% compatible with my iPad . I work from my iPad often, but there are many glitches that I have encountered that make it impossible to complete my proposals using my iPad.

This software helps me organize my bids and eliminates the bidding process previously done by hand. I can adjust the wholesale pricing to the flowers I most commonly use at the pricing in my state. It literally has shaved off hours and hours of doing big bids for wedding flowers. They offer several educational tutorials from the industry as well. So helpful to stay on top of the trends and to more efficiently run my business.
This program has saved my life as a wedding florist! Not only is it easy to use, but they get what I do and what I need. The customer service is beyond compare. I was trying to get some bids done on a holiday and had a small issue and they fixed the problem quickly. Who does that!

I love curate and how it's saved my business so much money. It's also helped diversify my flower choices. If you could also make it possible to search for flowers by color palette that would be awesome.
I love the stem counting and how easy it is to put together a recipe. The proposals are beautiful. I like the payment section too because it's pretty easy and self explanatory.
I desperately need client management for emails. I can't keep track of them so having a section where it's in the client portal including emails back and forth is imperative. Also updating the flower library would be good too since there's new things like dried flowers starting to come out.

I love stemcounter!! It cuts the time I usually spend on a proposal in half and it lets me update everything so quickly .
I like how it the software and style of the proposal keeps getting more eye pleasing because I feel like what the proposal looks like matters to a bride. I also like how it does all of the math, the video tutorials, how each week I feel like there is a new feature that makes proposal faster. I love everything about it!
I wish it had a function where it would tell you how much your profit is for each wedding. So total before tax minus flowers and hardgoods and then it would show the user the profit.

Overall Curate has help me get proposals to brides much faster in turn helps get the contract more often. A bride will often go with the florist that makes here feel more confident that she will get what she dreams of, and Curate helps with that.
What I like most about this sofware is how fast I can get a proposal to my guests. It makes pricing easy, fast, and consitant. I love that my bride can see the flowers I have choosen to use and approve everying on their own time with a computer or their mobile device.
I do not have much that I don't like about curate. The only concern would be that not all products have pictures. There are still a few items that need to have picutes added.

They are extremely helpful and for the most part this app has changed our work flow and made it easier and more efficient.
Curate has saved us a lot of time when it comes to order flowers for weddings since we have a place to trace recipes in advance. We love the professional look of our proposals and when we are having any issues with the program there is always someone from support on the chat so everything is quickly addressed.
I wish that we could add full sized documents instead of thumbnails. We like to make our own moodboards because we don't love the pinterest style layout and it would make our proposals look even better if clients could see a full size moodboard in the document section instead of a thumbnail. I always worry they aren't going to see the tiny image there.

I truly love the ease and the recipe calculation. It is great since I just have one location for all of my quotes and I can track them there as well.
All my quotes are in one spot. The customer service is always on top of it and love working with Ryan. I like that it does all of the calculations for me.
I have to input several different flowers and greenery. There is certain glitches at times with adding arrangements, payments, etc. It would be nice if it would connect to Square so they can be invoiced as well as sign their contract through the software. I feel for the price we pay that it should have these added features.

The ability to produce a recipe for my bridal bouquets. It saves a ton of time. I also love the flower library and that all my flowers are in there with their cost. Plus, it creates beautiful looking proposals that my Brides love and mobile friendly is huge! Brides love to open the proposal up right away and look on their mobile device.
It is difficult when anytime you make a change it creates a new version of the proposal. With some weddings we have 20-30 changes from the time they first meet with us to the end so it gets a bit daunting to have that many versions. Also trying to mark and item as paid and having to create a new version of the proposal.
Thanks so much Sarah! We've loved that we've been able to make things so much better for you. Totally understand the headache of clients who need so many versions of the proposals. Would love to hear if you have any ideas on how to keep up with so many changes without having to keep up with different versions reflecting them.

Really enjoy using this program. By putting in the stems when you write up the quote it lets you know how much an item really costs. No more under quoting yourself. It also helps when you go to order the flowers because you just generate a shopping list. The program is constantly evolving with suggestions from florist who use it. Great tech support.
The shopping lists.
Wish you could click on the photos to see them full size.
Appreciate the review! Glad we're able to make your life easier. The great news is that we just recently released a new feature where the public links you can now click on the photos and they will blow up to full size!!

Curate is my favorite business investment so far. It's easy to implement and use and it saves me hours! As a wedding florist, I'm happiest fiddling with flowers. The emails and invoices and quantities, etc is not what I like to spend my time doing. Curate does most of this for me and makes the parts I do need to do myself, much more efficient than my previous system.
I love how quickly I can generate a personalized proposal to a new client. I used to spend so much time customizing a sad little template I had made in Microsoft Word and the formatting issues drove me crazy. Curate lets me focus on what I'm offering my clients while the organization, formatting, and aesthetics are all done for me.
I've had a few minor troubles getting changes saved or a photo uploaded but they've also been quickly remedied by the folks available in the chat window. I've been using this software in Safari not realizing it was designed to best function in Google Chrome - so these problems are mostly my own fault.

In planning for 2 stores' holidays, events, or even everyday designs, I make a spreadsheet with the menus that takes more than a day. With curate, that has changed exponentially. I take just a couple of hours once I load my menus. You have your hard goods separate from flowers. You have menus, shopping list, break down, right at your fingertips. We have lowered the percentage of unused flowers because...
-good tracking system -can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection -easy to use -proposals look very professional when presented to the client -can easily be used to plan everyday and holiday designs, weddings, and special events
-duplicate items with the same name can be confusing but can be easily fixed -would be great if other wholesalers can be added in the system

It’s been a wonderful trip. It’s by far the best investment I made in my company. When I first started I spend 4-6 hours trying to figure out how to make a gorgeous proposal. And that was just the proposal. Getting word to work, sizing and moving photos around, fighting with text to be where I wanted it to be. It was the worst. After two proposals I knew something had to change. Little did I know how...
Everything! I love the beautiful proposals it creates effortlessly, I love how easy it is to create recipes, and order flowers with a couple clicks of a button. It does ALL their heavy lifting for you. I can pump out a quick proposal in 15-30 minutes or spend hours on one searching for the perfect photos on Pinterest creating a visual masterpiece, but in the end, what the software does is always fast and easy. I love that they are always updating and adding more amazing features.
I use it on my iphone 99% of the time, and it works pretty good, there are some features that work better in chrome and I’d love for those features to work well in safari. I’m sure that will be coming soon

We probably use Curate differently than the majority of your users. We use it for daily arrangements created in a retail flower shop, as well as events. The daily use is amazing. I can have floral designers who do no know anything about the cost of flowers, and they can create arrangements that are spot on for the value. This means I don't have to babysit the designers to make sure they aren't "stuffing" their arrangements and it allows me to feel very confident about my margins and bottom line.
What I like the most about the software is how customizable it is to our exact needs. There seems to be limitless ways to tune it to work for you! Using Curate also gives us confidence in our pricing and value of product - this is so important especially now with price fluctuations being an enormous challenge. Using Curate ensures we are always creating our arrangements and events to value, while constantly keeping an eye on our costs.
There is a bit of a learning curve and some time investment to get it configured exactly so. I know for sure I am under-utilizing the software, just from a lack of time to work within. Some features are a little buried, and others are a little clunky. But it is the best option I have used to date.

Curate gives me the space to manage my clients from the initial design conversation all the way through the final details, all in one platform.
The design aesthetics of this platform is outdated, but it still works flawlessly.
