What is Strikedeck?

Strikedeck is a customer success and engagement platform with real-time customer health scoring, workflow automation, and customer success planning tools. Other features include pre-created or customized workflow recipes, playbooks, task management, alerts, reports, and email sync.

The Strikedeck customer engagement feature sends surveys, emails, task reminders, and workflow recipes to customers in order to maintain communication flow and business partnerships. The platform displays customer survey results, renewal statuses, journey stages, and other customizable displays selected by the user.

The Strikedeck modular dashboard can be customized using display pods based on segmentation, usage behavior, and report templates. The platform tracks customer interactions and produces reports and algorithms based on usage trends. The reports also provide data on additional user-selected metrics and data points.

Robust product for CS Management

The sales process was smooth, the demo account helped in understanding.

Pros
Easy to set up within a couple months. Easy to onboard CSMs. The CSM was a good project manager and knew who to pull in for help on the technical side.

Cons
The knowledge base with content and videos is still work in progress. The company is growing and has many integrations but some are also still work in progress. Make sure you do your due diligence when evaluating.
