Which is ridiculous, any permission system should be deny by default. The email module which we use heavily is unreliable.

Pros

SugarCRM may not have the ecosystem of say Microsoft Dynamics 365 but it is still highly customizable and extensible.

Cons

It can be complicated to use at times, and so you will need dedicated support people with experience to come in sometimes and help you make it the tool you want it to be.

If you like using Outlook, then Dynamics will be second nature

If your enterprise is a hardcore Microsoft shop, then this will fit in your culture very well.

Pros

I like how it has an Outlook like interface that many users are already accustomed to; fits right into the platform like a glove for utilizing email.

Cons

Limited choice in the ecosystem of enhancements when compared to a SugarCRM or Salesforce, although the native Marketing automation is pretty good
