Easy to set up and use. Not a TON of flexibility, but enough for most places.

Pros

This is not one of the can-do-anything, everything-is-custom type CRMs (like SugarCRM or Salesforce) - it's a simple, but very useful tool.

Cons

While it's easy to set up the software, there's not a ton you can do to customize. Within the typical funnel framework, Pipeline Deals is great. If you stray too far from that, you will end up with unmanageable work-arounds.
