Able to get things done in Sugar, like the customizability.

Really, as I stated in my review, the biggest benefit has been that we were able to customize the product to our specifications.

Pros

Customizable everything for the most part. Able to do a lot with the data that is in the CRM, via reporting module.

Cons

Complex workflows have been a challenge to accommodate within the stock configuration, though we have mostly solved this through customization.

Good CRM for small businesses

Pros

This CRM works well for the price, although it can still be beated by open source solutions like zurmo but the billing part of it solves that. 10/10 would recommend.

Cons

The self-hosted version is a little complicated to set up and supports not too helpful. They recommend you hire someone to install when other CRM"S you can get them one click through softacolous

Pros

The staff was friendly and helpful but restrained due to the options available to them in order to solve our issues.

Cons

Cell phone app needs improvement and it's not as easy to use as other crm's.

The Software that Demands More Upgrades.

The reason for installing SugarCRM was to solve the needs and the complaints of the consumers.

Pros

SugarCRM is a tool, that has an aim of facilitating the process of sales, and therefore, its intent is to increase on productivity. Besides, SugarCRM facilitates the process of tracking the insights or complaints of the consumers.

Cons

Compared to other CRMs, SugarCRM still under performsits roles. One, it lacks proper reporting features, and this limits the hearing of the customers insights. Again, the software hardly integrates with other softwrae. Lastly, SugarCRM is expensive and not affordable to all individuals.

Review of SugarCRM

Databases are complete and it definitely solved some issues with sales pipeline tracking.

Pros

There is a lot of potential here, it is possible to create automated business processes, highly customizable reports, and creates high visibility of sales pipeline.

Cons

You really need to be a basic-intermediate level programmer to customize this software in house. Sales rep told us the mobile app would auto log both incoming and outgoing calls. There is no way to auto-log incoming calls and it will only auto-log outgoing calls if you use the app to make the call. In addition the training provided was not comprehensive and going to an outside company to assist with problems, set up or any other technical support is extremely expensive. They give you just enough rope to hang yourself.
