Lack of engagement on their end with issues, they never respond to emails, you get a new customer service rep every 3 months but they never tell you.   When I contacted them right before our contract renewal they told me that they refused to let me out of my contract due to the fact I didn't provide 90 day notice.

For instance property alerts... it will send over 100 properties at a time if there's that many in their search criteria instead of in batches, or like how I dunno Zillow does it...
