Pros

Overall we are very impressed by how easy it is to use SuperSaaS Appointment Schedule and the brilliant the customer support is.
I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to have a simplified version of scheduling or appointments taken care of on the web using SuperSaaS. So inexpensive too!!! It's truly a win, win.
Finally, one of the greatest calling cards for the SuperSaas software is their support staff: they are excellent - responsive (by email), helpful and nice.

Pros

Great customer support, great website with many features, there are no hidden prices and everything is very transparent. Keep on going with this great work.
M so thankful for this company as they truly have saved me money and my clients love the online booking option. As a User, they have great admin interface and client support.
The customer service chats have been in-depth, full of kind humor and solved any difficulty I was having. Overall, I am very happy with Appointy and with their great service.

Cons

The mobile version seems to be very confusing for people. I have clients calling in all the time confused of how their booking is going to fit in to the schedule and it just seems to be hard for them.
It looks awful - a recent refresh helped a tiny bit. No bulk editing of customers - so a change can require accessing hundreds of customers individually.
Now volunteers see circles and we have had a lot of complaints about that.

Cons

I lost count how many screen-captured videos I send this company to improve their software. The worst part is that their software is sitting on unreliable foundation that causes periodic outages.
But for the price I pay I wish to have language option (I need Finnish language for my clients). Integration on Facebook is not available what is bad as everyone is offering it now for schedule.
I can't come up with any negative feedback about this service.
