Pros

Overall we are very impressed by how easy it is to use SuperSaaS Appointment Schedule and the brilliant the customer support is.
I wasn't sure how to transfer our subscrition but the help I got from SuoerSaaS was superb.
It is easy to use and has good quality for the price. The best feature is without doubt the customer service: fast, effective, and kind.

Pros

Thank you for the great software. I really love what you are doing and I love Bookafy for my business.
I have been with Bookafy for going on one year and I am very happy. Bookafy is affordable, easy to use, and constantly improving their software.
Then we started using Bookafy, and for $40 per month we were able to accomplish a lot more than we could with 3K per month. So happy, and I love their customer service.

Cons

All that power is useless if arranging an appointment is a slow, difficult and finally frustrating experience for the user.
No doubt why several clients have dismissed by SuperSaas-based prototype scheduling platform. The backend interface suffers from similar problems, but at least only admins can see them.
It looks awful - a recent refresh helped a tiny bit. No bulk editing of customers - so a change can require accessing hundreds of customers individually.

Cons

I hate the back and forth to set up appointments, it drives me nuts. Once back and forth is fine but the constant how about this, what about that, etc was too much.
I find the navigation confusing. The calendar tab is confusing.
I also had trouble finding the online payment feature.
