Pros

Software has great features and the layout is user friendly. Great for questionnaires and I love that it provides customised responses.
Great software to build good looking surveys with complex structures. Also good connections and integrations to link to your other tools.
Help and articles are good, so you can find your way around well. The price is competitive and delivers good value compared to alternatives.

Pros

I love love love this product. It is helping me communicate with customers in other countries easily.
Super easy to use on Mac platforms. Easy to message back and forth between clients.
Works perfectly and very easy to use and setup.

Cons

Is a bit limited in terms of putting multiple questions on a single screen (or at least struggled to get more than 3 scalar questions on one screen).
We had a little trouble with the survey quitting in the middle of a response if a person took longer than 30 seconds to fill in their information on the page - especially on the open response pages.
Creating a decent report is impossibly difficult.

Cons

Unfortunately I get many spam calls on my regular cell number because it is listed on the web. By changing to a Ring 4 number I am able to block all these spam calls.
I find that the app does not always ring through when I get a call. I usually notice that I have missed a call when I see there is a voice mail.
Doesn’t sync bt apple products with same iTunes accounts - annoying when you have multiple team members using software and moon can see evidence of what other are doing.
