Carrying out this type of study through surveys, you can connect more closely with the client, allowing them to give their opinion of their experience with our company in order to improve the weak points that are noticed and provide solutions so that the client is better pleased.
I improved the interaction with the client by knowing better the opinion that they have about our services and being able to know what should be improved with each survey carried out, it is possible to better analyze the weaknesses that can be had against clients who are not satisfied, With the data that is obtained digitally, it is possible to have a broader understanding of the position that one has in front of the client and the competition. This has helped us to improve the creation of marketing campaigns and improve our services. Their customer service is excellent, they are always willing with great kindness, they respond very efficiently.

We have explored on the various option and found S2C in budget, easy to use and operate, team is professional and provide support whenever called - even after office hours
Easy to Use, Customer Friendly, Survey creation, reports and Dashboard feature, Can be used through SMS, Email and now Whatsapp too
though most of the features are easy to use, some times we stuck with requirement of the other teams where some changes are required in the software. Though team always supported in closure but changes take time.

So far, pretty good. But can be a lot better. I feel S2C does the simple things great. But when some elements of complexity are there, the software is NOT very flexible.
LIVE dashboards including implementing basic derived calculations (say a Brand Health Score) from multiple parameters is a BIG plus. That's the best part about using this S2C.
Some of the features are still basic/ not developed. A simple example: A trend chart could require a quarterly label in-between monthly labels. In current context, i would need to create two separate trend charts. One for month, one for quarters. Makes the already slow dashboard clumsy as well.

It was a very good experience, the staff is very helpful, and it is very good as a DIY platform
I liked the most about the website that it is very simple to develop a survey link, download the data and even visually it is very good.
Certain filters and features were not available such as data entry in regional language

It is very professional and easy to use. It is also really useful when recording mystery shoppers experience.
It is is inexpensive and a really easy way to make some quick cash. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone because it is so useful and easy to use especially because you can use it without internet!
There are very few things that I dislike about this software but one thing is it doesn’t advertise itself as much as other companies do. I

Overall it was ok just the times it ran slow or didnt carry out all the parts of the survey.
I liked that it was very easy to use. It provided several options as far as purchase plans but the more used it.
During the survey it would go slow during certain times unsure why this would happen. It was on other devices not just one.

We give all our surveys in the company through survey to connect. If really doesn't look like any other normal survey platform which is more of just plain questions and answers but is more of visually effective and helps user you relate things and join dots while filling up the survey.
The analytical engine and the visual user interface is so helpful in deriving results form the users you want the survey to be filled in.
May be a bit of pre existing templates can be increased

The major pain point they have solved is getting survey data and it's analysis in a cost-effective way.
We were looking for such a solution for ages. We found some but they were too expensive. This really is cost effective and value for money. Customer support was great as well.
Nothing much really. If I had to say one thing, it would be that they aren't marketing themselves well. Otherwise we would have heard about them sooner.
