Solid, reliable, easy to pick up, integrates with other systems, and is compliant with many regulatory requirements.
The UI and feature set is pretty basic, and not differentiated from surveymonkey or google forms. wouldn't have used it if I didn't need to.

SurveyGizmo provides a lot of enterprise features that are available for Qualtrics at a price that is competitive with Survey Money.
I don't find myself using SurveyGizmo very often anymore. More often I am selecting Qualtrics for large enterprise work, and Survey Monkey for web forms and smaller projects.

SurveyGizmo is a tool that gets the job done and then some. The surveys aren't pretty, but you can't beat the functionality that's offered here.
SurveyGizmo feels like an enterprise product. It has a TON of features, most of which I'm probably not even aware of and will never use, but it's nice to know that they are there. Need to create some kind of weird survey that functions just so? SurveyGizmo can probably do what you need. Pretty much any feature you could ask for is included in this platform.
I can't help but feel that SurveyGizmo locks down the appearance of my surveys too much. I haven't been able to figure out how to make any surveys look different from all the others beyond changing the logo, colours, and imagery. More so than other survey tools that I've used. I also find the process to do things like pipe values into the survey via a URL variable are somewhat more complicated and require reading support documentation vs. other survey tools that are more intuitive.

We really enjoyed working with Gizmo. We used Gizmo after evaluating about 20 survey tools. Main reason has been the detailed reporting opportunities which has already been included in the monthly offer (while at surveymonkey you need at least a full year contract for all the features). Just 3 Points in the ease of use has only been given because the User team is German and Gizmo has no multi language backend. Besides the ease of use is great.

We moved to SurveyGizmo when we found that SurveyMonkey was just too constraining and couldn't do some basic things (like question show/hide). So they won out on features alone. But they really cemented their place as a partner with their customer service. Very prompt and accurate, they were able to shepherd us through some strange things we witnessed (due to caching and upgrading tiers quickly)....

4-5 years ago, we were looking for a more comprehensive, better tool than the ubiquitous SurveyMonkey. I found SurveyGizmo and, as a company, we've never looked back. It does all you could ever want for surveying, as do other tools. However, it's in quizzes, forms, customization and support where SurveyGizmo stands out. We are constantly building landing pages and microsites using SurveyGizmo embedded...

I've used Survey Gizmo for about six years. I prefer it to Survey Monkey because to me it has a more intuitive user interface. I think it is easier for beginners to get started with it, while still retaining power user features. It also has many more options for customizing the look of a survey, which is important when we work with clients. Survey Monkey has almost none. Whenever I have a problem...

SG's technical team has always provided nice surprises by constantly upgrading the functionality and the amount of useful features for questionnaire programming.
